This was our favorite place to stay while visiting Peru. The price, the staff, the food, the drink specials, the special touches, the breakfast, the market, the pets, the flowers and scenery- all together was a wild adventure for all your senses. Jhin was our favorite employee, not only because he made a beautifully delicious herbal drink concoctions, but because he was genuine and cared about our stay. The entire staff was friendly and caring. Nestled in the middle these powerful Andes mountains, I was touch to my very core. I came home a better person after visiting Peru and this place. Do yourself a favor and when anywhere near the sacred valley, stay here!

Nela and Jhin are amazing. Besides being friendly, they prepare amazing drinks. Ask them for one of their creations. You won't be disappointed. The hotel facilities are great. The staff is friendly and the food is good.

this is a beautiful hotel, set up in an old monastary, with beautiful gardens, several restaurants, coffee shops and a nice bar. The rooms are large and comfortable (if a bit dark). The setting is beautiful, and perfect as a launch point to the Sacred valley.

Enjoyed 2 nights stay here at this wonderful resort, with the setting of a big garden, and with towering mountains looming above. The air was so crisp in the morning, that I took a walk nearby the town. Food quality is great with traditional Peruvian dishes. I had large and spacious bedroom . I highly recommend you to stay at the Sacred Valley, for its lower altitude as compared to Cuzco, on the same day you flew in. This will help the group to acclimatize better, to prevent getting mountain sickness. I simply love the Sacred Sacred Valley, Valle Segrada in Spanish .

Stayed here for two nights whilst on a S. America tour. I can only describe the hotel as a most surreal and magical place. Maybe not the most luxurious place I have stayed in but for serenity and peacefulness there is no better place. Sat between the Andes mountains it is a place of pure peacefulness. The staff were excellent and bar staff so efficient. Pisco happy hour is well worth the visit. The food at the hotel was exquisite, both breakfast and the al a carte menu. The best hotel in S. America by a mile.
