This hotel is a quaint, charming, unassuming place. The staff is pleasant and helpful, many but not all speak English. The rooms are not fancy but have a charm to them. Each building of rooms has a center courtyard the rooms open onto. There is a pool and lovely garden. The restaurant is nice and breakfast, dinner was quite good....

Excellent location right on the main road through the Sacred Valley, this is a great place to call home while you tour the Valley sites and the ruins/sites up the road to Chincheros. The pool is cold (burr!), but the people are warm! They even had local weavers come and demonstrate the use of the backstrap loom right there on...

Stayed here November 2016. Room was small with a twin bed that was okay. Very clean, linen and towels clean, hot water, shampoo and soap provided, hairdryer and a safe in room. All the staff I interacted with were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was descent. Lovely interior garden where you could sit and relax or meditate. Grocery story across...

Our room was fine and hotel was good. We ate in the hotel as there didn't seem a lot around and we were very tired from a full day at Machu Piccu. The meal was good though the waitress didn't speak English so it was a bit interesting ordering our meals! Our room was quiet so maybe need to ask...

Stayed here while touring the Sacred Valley before heading back to Cusco. The noise from the locals and staff makes sleeping nearly impossible. The shower in room 148 has seen better, cleaner days. The wifi is unusable throughout the hotel. The only upside is the hotel restaurant is pretty good. Hotel bar is limited and the pool table is only...

stayed here for 2 nights with G Adventure....the noise is unbearable from people outside, traffic, dogs howling , garbage truck at 4.30am blasting out music in fact we could hear the occupants next door attending to their sanitary needs , beds were comfortable if you could manage to get to sleep ! had endless problems trying to use the safe...

we stayed at this hotel for one night and found it clean, reasonably priced and with a good sized bedroom. Do not be put off by the street the hotel is on or the outside of the hotel. Urubamba is a one street town which looks like a shanty town when you first arrive, but once you are in the...

This was a rustic hotel with lovely public spaces but average rooms. Our room had two single beds so my husband and I had to sleep apart. It was difficult to get to sleep with light coming into the room from around the edges of the door. WiFi was not working until the next morning. Most disappointing was the breakfast....

Compared to our hotels in Lima and Cusco, this small rustic hotel exuded lots of individuality and charm! My room was clean ans spacious, the restaurant served mostly delicious food, and the service was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the sheets, which looked clean and crisp, smelled bad, like they weren't rinsed in fresh water. Except for...
