Two Questions: Are there any US electrical outlets and are there any USB ports?
I don't think so. My things all have built in converters but I had to use an adapter plug.

The desk can call a taxi for you and there are collectivos that run back and forth down the highway regularly. I have never hired a guide, but believe there are many around Ollantaytambo that you could pick up for a reasonable rate.

Are the electrical outlets in the hotel rooms fitted for US or European prongs?
Yes, had no problem using my kindle and curling iron. Room has a hair dryer.
