The hotel is perfect ! It is very comfortable in the green full of flowers ! The bungalows are very nice! The wifi is the same in all the Casa Andina ! In the hall is free but not so fast! The fast connection in the rooms is 26 soles per day ! The main problem of the hotel is...

After visiting The Sacred Valey, we spent one night at this Casa Andina property and had a thoroughly wonderful experience. The setting and architecture are both beautiful. Our room had a small exterior balcony from which one could enjoy the expansive grounds. The rooms were reasonably large, well furnished, and immaculately clean. The public areas are open and quite sophisticated...

Beautiful hotel but terrible sound insulation since lots of stone . Bed was also extremely hard. There was no way to adjust temp or open windows. Setting beautiful room gorgeous but a bad night. Housekeepers started banging around very early in the morning and sound carried. With the stone walls and tile floors

Surprised at the location of Hotel..appeared to be in the middle of nowhere. Up a gravel road and then a left into a wonderful, delightful setting with fantastic views of the mountains from your suite windows. Service and attention to every detail was exceptional. We wish that our stay was longer than the one night and definitely would like to...

A wonderful hotel, comfortable, cozy, quiet and located in very good area. The design of the building and the rooms makes you feel comfortable at all times. It is a totally recommendable hotel, in my case to enjoy the stay with my husband.

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and sincere. Not much to do around the hotel but if you need to relax for a day or two before or after your excursion to Machu Picchu this hotel will work perfectly

For a lodge in the Sacred Valley, it is functional enough, but the property lacks the high-quality finishing details and service of a true luxury hotel. Overall, the rooms are clean and comfortable, but they are becoming a bit tired and the bathrooms are really 3-star quality at best. The front desk is under-managed so checking in and out is...

Dear John, Thank you very much for your opinion, we really appreciate it. Our hotel belongs to the Private Collection Casa Andina brand, which is not a luxury hotel, that is why our standards differ from a luxury hotel. Our hotel will be fully refurbished in april 2017, so our rooms will look much modern. We will consider and take...

Would say 3 1/2 star if I had the choice. Hard to compare with American hotels. Room was clean and spacious, finishes were cheap and trying to say expensive, if you know what I mean. Try and get a room facing the mountains. Was surprised at the number of small children running around all the time! Was there at New...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Sacred Valley's most complete hotel: a mountain chalet-styled retreat with panoramic Andes views from every room and every angle. On more than 8 landscaped acres, it breathes an air of tranquility and relaxation. Unique among Sacred Valley hotels - most of which remain isolated in the valley, offering precious little for guests to do - it contains an extraordinary, full-service "Sacred-Spa", a domed Planetarium-&-Observatory for stargazing in the massive Southern-Hemisphere sky, and gourmet restaurant and bar. ... more   less
