My family and I spent four days and three nights at Sol y Luna. It was a wonderful experience! The resort is lovely and the staff really outstanding - people like Andrea in Guest Services and Amicar and others in the restaurant. My family and I loved it. The food was great, the rooms were awesome, the ambience absolutely relaxing.... More

We had a wonderful stay at this very special and unique place. The setting was beautifully tranquil and the food superb but what really made it stand out was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Only had one night here on our way to Machu Picchu and wished we had more. Large casitas with beautiful furnishings and private patios overlooking the lovely gardens. Lots of amenities on property. Restaurant near the stables was excellent with great service. Only downside is a large tour group arrived during dinner and the noise level increased significantly.

I have truly never stayed at a more luxurious and beautiful hotel. Our casita was a large one level house surrounded by fabulous gardens. There were 4 large rooms with incredible furnishings. Our own private outdoor jucussi. I got a nasty case of altitude sickness and they brought an Oxygen tank. Excellent friendly staff that responded quickly to all requests.... More

This is a great place to stay. There are separate huts for each guest room and the surroundings are amazing. There is a full spa, gym, saunas , conference centers and the restaurants are terrific and so was the bartender. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are large. It is a very unusual setting. The hotel is very... More

The room was a large round bungalow - very nice ensuite bathroom and small terrace approached through gardens. Very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant for the evening meal is at the bottom of the resort but you can always ask for a golf cart to take you down and collect you. We had an open air concert while we were... More

We spent two nights at Sol y Luna in the Sacred Valley after our Salkantay Trek in early September. It was the perfect end to our amazing adventures through Peru. We arrived later in the evening-- Oscar and his team at the front desk were welcoming and kind. To our surprise, we were informed that our room had been upgraded... More

We were lucky to stay for two nights, but wished it had been a week. We arrived after dark so were not able to take in the surroundings. The rooms if huge with an enormous bathrooms at the back. Everything is tastefully decorated and lovely touches like a hot water bottle in your bed and coming to light your fire.... More

This was a wonderful way to spend the remaining days of our holiday after a busy time in Machu Picchu. We could relax and enjoy our comfortable and quiet room set in beautiful gardens surrounded by amazing mountains as a backdrop. Before our first evening meal we were treated to a circus style act which was great, sitting with a... More
