It’s kind of a fairy tale place! The view was magic, the amazing trees and the river left me without words. The spa made me love this place even more, as I could see the moon while relaxing ☺️ Besides the attention was outstanding , the staff was always kind and aware of my requests. Definitely would come back and totally recommend it! 🦋
Ps: I had a delicious dessert next to the fireplace!

I had the most memorable time of my life at sacred dreams lodge! The facility is absolutely beautiful and so clean. Jose was very responsive and gave us some of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. He went out of his way to check we had everything we needed and called us moto’s into town so quickly and proficiently. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip in Peru!

Hotel located next to the mountains at Urubamba, Sacred Valley, Cusco.
If you don´t want to see nobody and meditate is your place, otherwise don´t go.
Large rooms-bungalows, affordable prices (between 100 to 200 dollars). Beautiful flora.

We absolutely loved the property! We got upgraded to a suite and it had a fireplace and lots of space. Jose took amazing care of us, and coordinated everything we needed to make sure we are comfortable. This is by far the best service we have ever received in a hotel! Thank you so much for being our stay memorable. Also, the hot tub was a very special surprise and we got to use it twice. They keep all the amenities very clean.

I loved the lodge and location and staff were lovely...food was great. Just average for service as power was out both afternoons that i was there which made it very dark and cold in rooms and impossible to shower and no explanation was given either time...so I dont know if this is usual or not. Also 1 driver organised by the lodge to take me around was not good...rushing me and unable to communicate with me and on 2 occasions did not have change for me the first time i left as a tip but not the second as he was expensive and as mentioned verging on rude and did not get me to all places i needed to see...however next driver next day was much better. On my last morning they prepared a lunch box without my asking as i would miss breakfast and they personally drove me to the train station which was lovely of them. Overall i loved it...service is personal though not always standard to match the pricing of the lodge. I also understand the drivers are not part of the lodge....however they organise them so it is in their best interest to make sure the driver understands where and what the tourist wants to do. My favourite meal was the quinoa soup and cerviche was prepared fresh.

We stayed at Sacred Dreams for two nights - and in general we thought it was a great hotel.
Positives include:
- Beautiful, peaceful grounds;
- Comfortable, recently built rooms;
- A warm, family-owned feel;
- A charming hotel dog that greets you and wanders the grounds;
- A lovely homemade pizza night on request with a camp fire and an outdoor bar - a very memorable evening;
- The hotel manager, Giancarlo, was efficient at dealing with our requests and made an effort to make us feel welcome; and
- Great value for money.
The negatives:
- It's quite far from Urubamba town so it's not walkable and you have you get a cab for S/. 20 each way;
- The showers must be solar powered because they were ice cold in the morning and evening - and only hot in the height of the afternoon; and
- The hotel manager, Giancarlo, could stand to be a bit more professional in his manner at times.
But overall, highly recommended. A hidden gem in the Sacred Valley for a great price.

Tucked away off the beaten path you will find this stunning property. From the time you cross the bridge over a pleasantly noisy stream, you will be thrilled to stay at this gorgeous hotel. Not only is the property beautiful but the staff go above and beyond to meet all guests needs. The nights were cold and the fireplace in the bedroom was perfect for a good nights sleep. The food served was also more than we could have asked for in such a remote location. You will want for nothing at this hotel! Well... You may never want to leave!

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The staff is helpful, friendly, and lovable. You can't help but want to hug them :). Grounds and rooms were impeccable. Food was delicious. All in all I couldn't ask for more, except a room with a fireplace!

Redondo Beach, California, USA27 contributions18 helpful votesDo all suites have fireplaces and private jacuzzis? We are three couples and would prefer the same amenities.
Dear Nanette,
At the moment we have just one suite with outside jacuzzi, all the other have fireplace do.
Cheers
Brian
Hello thanks to write us.The jacuzzi is outside ok the room in a little private yard
We certantly can coordinate the taxi for
You, we will do it as soon as you get to the hotel, please let the staff know about your requirements. The price is 40usd for the car (max 3 pax) and can be pay directly to the driver. Concerning the time is really up to you. I do not know if you will be in Machupicchu the entire day, but one hour difference will not make to much difference (personal opinion). Now some people will like to see the sunrise but for that either of the schedules are late :( sunrise here is around 6:30 so you will not make it in neither of the trains ;) we can provide either breakfast or a breakfast box for your early trip, again please talk with the staff about the options the day before so we can prepare and adapt to your needs.
Good luck and looking forward to your visit
Dear Meera,
Thanks for contact us.
Most of our guest (98%) take the train from Ollanta's train station. Just few people take the train from Urubamaba, mainly because is more expensive, does not have many time options and over all the travel time is longer than taking a car from Urubamaba to Ollanta and the train from there. The car takes 30 to 35 minutes to go from the hotel to Ollanta train station. (It is the same time as it will take from most of the other hotels). Just as a reference, the hotel is 2 km from the main road Urubamaba-Ollanta, so it is not far at all.
Looking forward to your visit. Please do not heasitate to contact us if you have any other question.
Cheers
Sacred Dreans Lodge team
Dear guest thank for your enquire, about your question
Let me tell you something that is a characteristic of our hotel and is all people who come to visit sacred valley of the incas and Machupicchu do not come to the hotel to watch Tv, they come to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature but in the other side we facilitate one tv in our bar and one in the entertaiment room.
