Beautiful & quaint hotel with huge rooms and fabulous restaurant. The customer service is top notch. The front desk lady went out of her way every day to help us with transfers and day trips. We will be back one day!

I stayed with a group of 20 people. The place is beautiful and cozy. The rooms looks like cabins surrounded by green areas with flowers and plants and with plenty of space to enjoy and relax outdoors. The rooms are spacious and clean. The people in the front desk were very attentive and were always very willing to give us the best service. Breakfast has a very good variety and good quantity. Also we got dinner here that was very convenient.

I thought this hotel was super cute. It reminded me of Hobbiton a little bit. Each yellow house had 4 separate guest rooms- two on top and two on ground level. The staff were super nice and the rooms were warm and cozy. It was perfect for those cold nights in July.

The property was so beautiful and the staff was so helpful and very kind. The rooms were clean and the hotel was less than a 10 min walk to the main square. We ate dinner at Amaru one night and the food was very good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and great value. There were some school groups staying which made the public areas a little more like a hostel at times. A short 5 minute walk from the town of Urubamba – a torch was useful. We loved Urubamba as a base in the Sacred Valley. Very glad to have chosen this rather than Pisac, Ollantaytambo or Aguas Calientes. A real town not a touristy one.
