The insane biosecurity measures that this hotel has had to impose have made for a very underwhelming experience. The location is beautiful but isolated hence you are reliant on the hotel's food and this was extremely limited during our stay. Staff and facilities are currently very reduced. They are trying their best i felt sorry for them they must be exhausted. So you can share a bed and a room but not a seat anywhere! No sumptuous exceptional buffet breakfast available currently I'm afraid instead a rather sparse selection of options. Hardly any vegetarian food options and no diversity of food choice - for longer stays you will be bored by the food very quickly as menu very limited. You cannot use the gym their are no yoga classes etc and spa options are limited. As I say probably an exceptional place ruined by Covid paranoia.

It was my first time at the Aranwa Sacred Valley hotel. I went with my parents and the hotel over passed our expectations. The service was excellent, Elvis and Yolanda from the bar and restaurant were so kind and friendly, always paying attention on us and bringing all what we need. Also, if you go to the Aranwa it's a must to visit the UNNO Spa, it is one of the best SPAs en latín América. It has a thermal circuit that is incredible and also I had an amazing massage with hot rocks. This hotel has different things to do. Our purpose of the trip was to rest and get new energies to end this year and star the 2021. And we did it! I must say that all the staff were so kind, since we arrive in the check-in up to the waiters, the staff of housekeeping, etc. All the staff were client oriented and it makes you feel special! Definitely this hotel is highly recommended!

While travelling from Cusco to Machu Picchu through the breathtaking routes of the "Sacred Valley of the Incas", we stayed for three nights at "Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness" in Huayllabamba, near Urubamba. A beautiful and secluded resort, very clean, comfortable and conveniently located near the ruins of "Sacsayhuaman", "Pisac", "Chinchero", "Maras", "Moray", "Ollantaytambo" and "Machu Picchu", of course. So, our base was at its Block E - Room 250 (beautiful, spacious and with a modern clean decoration) and every morning our driver and guide would pick us up for a busy program visiting the awesome nearby ruins and historical sites. In the evenings, dinner at its "Restaurant Gourmet Pukawi". Delicious Peruvian cuisine and extremely friendly service. If the "Sacred Valley of the Incas" is in your plans for future trips - and it should certainly be at anyone's plans, staying at "Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness" is highly recommended for all travellers, remembering a car is always needed. Enjoy!

We've satyed 2 Days and went hosepackriding, had a massage at the SPA and amazing meals at the restaurant. It was my birthday and they even surprised me with cake and candles. The room - it was a River view suite with a jacuzzi - was very spacious, comfortable and clean! I also reccommend this resort for events, you will find everything for a getaway experience / conference / teambuilding - facilities and staff.

a beautiful Spa with a very hospitable staff. The massage by Rosmery was fantastic I completely unwind and I recommend this Spa to everyone. Again my complements. Furthermore, the area is beautiful and the city of Cusco is definitely worth seeing the culture of Peru. I also think that the staff is highly educated and that looks great at the practical hotel, everything seems professional to the guests
