Detailed Reviews
What a lovely stay I had here! Checked in December 12th and intended to stay until the 23rd but I kept extending my stay (ultimately staying a full month here before heading back to the US).
Roxana💛💛. She made the place a home for me from day 1. Made sure she picked the right room for me (I preferred no stairs and first floor). She brought muna tea to my room after I returned from an ayahuasca ceremony.
The building itself is a quaint old colonial house. Daily room cleaning is available, which included bringing bottled water to brush my teeth, which I appreciated.
I stayed December -January and used the in room electric heater once. The bedding is cozy and warm. Hot water was always readily available for showering.
Breakfast was served in the dining area 7:30-9:30am. The initial offering for hotel guests was Scrambled Eggs, Fruit Parfait, or Oatmeal with coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice and bread basket. With extended stay I was ordering omelettes and pancakes as wellđź’›
Located right on the Plaza, I loved walking out the door and being within walking distance to all of my favorite places.
The mountain view is stunning, Artisan Market and Pisac Ruins are nearby.
I not only went and experienced their spa (which included a 1 hour herbal bath and then a 1hour massage), but I bought two spa packages for my son and his girlfriend to enjoy (theirs also included a 1hour sauna).
Thank you Roxana for welcoming me each morning with a smile (often a hug) and a warm welcome by name. It’s small gestures like this that keep guests coming back.

First of all, if you're still on the fence about whether to include a couple of nights in Pisac on your Sacred Valley itinerary, I highly recommend that you do so. Of all of the places we stayed in Peru, Pisac was the quaintest and most comfortable. It has plenty for tourists to do but still feels like an Andean town full of locals, rather than full of tourists. The ruins area is extensive but not overrun and the town is quiet and charming compared to places like Cusco and Aguas Calientes.
The Pisac Inn is the perfect place to stay in Pisac. It's right on the main square, just steps away from the church, and only a block or two down the street from the entrance to the ruins. The rooms are a bit small but the beds are comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
We were traveling as a party of three and we had two rooms reserved. (Highly recommend booking through the hotel, rather than a third-party website.) Unfortunately, one of our party had airline issues in the states and wound up coming a couple of days late. The hotel was super flexible as we canceled first one night and then another for one of the rooms. And Roxana at the front desk was very helpful in helping us set up, cancel, and then set back up an airport pick-up for our wayward companion. And when we needed a driver to take us to some sites in the Sacred Valley before dropping us at our next stay in Ollantaytambo, Roxana set that up as well!
The hotel also has a very high-quality restaurant, an incredible breakfast included in the stay, and great drinks at happy hour. There are also other fantastic food and drink options in Pisac, very close to the hotel.

We absolutely loved staying at the Pisac Inn. The beds are super comfortable and cozy, and the rooms feel authentic and warm. By far you will be able to experience the best shower, heat and pressure, in the Sacred Valley. Breakfast is included in your stay and the portions are generous! The restaurant end is great as well with a wonderful chef preparing traditional dishes. The restaurant space itself has a kiva fireplace and on a cool night you might be able to warm up by the cozy wood fire. The overall staff of the Inn was like family to us and we were sad to leave but hope to be able to return in the near future!
The location of the Pisac Inn is within a few minutes of walking distance to stores, markets, the plaza church, and ruins above the town. Treat yourself to this truly cultural experience!! We loved it! All thumbs up!

After two weeks in the Peruvian jungle, we were happy to finally walk into this gorgeous inn. It was quaint in every sense of the word. The inn’s aesthetic was like walking into an authentic Peruvian home, and our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed. The top notch staff was the thing to note. In particular, Alex at the restaurant was attentive, kind, and thoughtful wait staff and took extra care when we were having stomach issues. He gave us ginger tea with fresh lime and honey, and was so caring. Roxana was the best hostess we found in Pisac. She checked in on us each meal, and took care of every request we had (from the spa, to money exchange, to recommendations for activities around town). We also highly recommend the spa experience with Maria (fresh herbs in a bath overlooking the mountains). Will definitely stay here again! Tip: bring earplugs for the night. Because of the great location, you are in the middle of town and there are dogs barking at night.

Pisac Inn was the first place we stayed in the Sacred Valley. We appreciated the warm reception and the coca tea they brought to our rooms, and the wifi connection was strong. The atmosphere of the inn is lovely, including a garden courtyard and cozy fireplace in the downstairs dining room. The location on the main square is fantastic and we enjoyed sitting in front with tea after visiting the Pisac market (highly recommend the market). We were traveling with three teens (19, 17, 15); we all found the rooms charming and the beds comfortable, and our 6'2" son was amused by the low doorframe to his room. Our dinner at the Cuchara de Palo restaurant inside the inn was fantastic-- we all ordered different entrees and enjoyed sharing with one another. My husband and younger son loved the Lomo Saltado and Seco de Cordero, while my daughter swears the homemade pasta was the best. The breakfast was also delicious and very generous in size, which was much appreciated pre-hike. Roxana at reception even coordinated a taxi to drive us to the Pisac ruins (a must see in town, and the hike down is incredible!) as well as a taxi to drive us to Ollantaytambo later in the day. So grateful for her help! The rooms were very reasonably priced, and we wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

I had high expectations for my first ever visit to the sacred Valley in Peru and my stay at Pisac Inn exceeded those high expectations. From reservation to our final goodbye, Roxana made sure we were well taken care of arranging for airport, rides, tours, and meals. The Inn is in an ideal location right on the town Square where you can watch locals heading to work and children heading to school. Anytime, we had a question or need the staff would help us, making us feel like both guests and friends.

If you're looking to stay in the town of Pisac, the Pisac Inn is a great hotel. The hotel is small, and so are the rooms, but everything is perfectly designed, from the flowering plants that shade the courtyard to the Andean-aesthetic of the rooms to the three dining areas.
The Pisac Inn isn't a luxury hotel, but it's very comfortable and good for guests of all ages, from children to couples to seniors. The location on the main square is unequaled.
If anything could be improved, I would say that the staff could respond to some email inquiries more quickly in the pre-travel phase. However, the staff is still very helpful with arranging tours and taxis. The drivers they arranged for us were very professional, punctual and friendly.

We had a very comfortable 3-night stay at the Pisac Inn. The staff were excellent and the location on the main square was perfect for exploring the town and hiking to the nearby ruins. We also loved the charming courtyard. I was sick for part of my stay, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely five nights stay at Pisac Inn. It's a character filled hotel with fire in the dining room and garden courtyard, in a great location in the centre of town. The staff are welcoming and helpful with the feel of a family run business and the food served in the restaurant is delicious. Rooms are clean, decorated in local style and we slept well in the large and comfortable bed. We loved sitting on the hotel terrace in the morning sun overlooking the Plaza with a coffee.

Best service! Roxana arranged for us to be picked up at the Cusco airport. Two large bottles of water and two cups of coca tea greeted us. Our room was quite charming and full of local motifs - notice the shape of the lampshades. Roxana called a taxi for us to get to the ruins, and translated for me to arrange for the driver to take us to Ollantaytambo the next day. The restaurant is open air with large native plants. Breakfast was wonderful. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable!

Forget the tour companies. The hotel can arrange a private driver. Ask for Jonathan. He was amazing, kind, safe and local.
