We have lodged at Pakaritampu three times over 5 years and, while each visit has been pleasant, each seems to be even better than the previous one. The place is located near to the train station, the Inca ruins and the central plaza. The rooms are good sized and well furnished; and have lovely views of the gardens, grounds (with... More

This was my 3rd visit to the Hotel Pakaritampu. It is conveniently located within walking distance of both the train station for Macchu Pichu trips and the plaza. The grounds are lovely and the views of the mountains and the Ollantaytambo ruins stunning. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although you may need to request a portable heater. The restaurant is... More

Seems to be a nice hotel with pretty gardens, fabulous terraces at the back with seating and beautiful views, ( one lonely llama ) a very good room with good facilities and a good breakfast. The restaurant was good if a little slow for an evening meal. The desk staff were helpful.

This hotel was a great place to stay on Ollantaytambo. The grounds are beautiful with gardens and terraces that make for a relaxing environment. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. The breakfast service is extensive with many hot and cold options.

The staff was incredibly helpful, the room was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful--not to mention there were llamas roaming around in the back of our building. It is also a really short walk to catch the train to Aguas Calientes where you take the bus up to Machu Picchu. Additionally, the dinner we had in the onsite restaurant was... More

In Ollantaytambo, we spent one night in June of 2016 in the three star Hotel Pakaritampu. Because the accommodation was included as part of our two-day Sacred Valley tour, I don't know what the price was. This hotel is located just a few steps from the train station, and a short walk from the center of the small town. We... More

This place is amazing. The rooms are a decent size but the property itself is the distinguishing factor. The grounds are absolutely stunning. There are tables set up on the higher ridge that you can just hang out at and watch the mountains and alpacas. We are planning on staying during our next visit.

This hotel, whose name is both difficult to pronounce and spell, is located about a 7-10 minutes walk from the main square of Ollantaytambo and is also close to the train station. Because it is recessed from the centre of town, it is quieter and has large, lush gardens with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The complex... More

We stayed here before going on the Camino Inca. It is located 5 minutes from the rail station and from downtown Ollantaytambo and archaeological site. The hotel is quaint, clean and also offers a nice breakfast. The staff us friendly and attentive too. The grounds are well cared for and one can enjoy bird watching too. There appears to be... More

This hotel is a hidden gem. Right from the start when I booked the hotel, they were so obliging organizing a (very inexpensive) taxi from Cusco airport and reassuring us that the dining room would stay open so we could get something to eat despite our late arrival. The scenery from the balcony in our room was like a picture... More
