Hotel located a little behind the road, and in a green setting. You will therefore be quiet.
The rooms are spacious, clean, Wi-Fi works. (Some are a little outdated but still quite acceptable)
The location of the hotel is great, as it is located between the train station (5 minutes walk) and the city center (10 minutes walk).
The staff is welcoming, smiling and attentive.
Breakfast is excellent and varied. You will have a wide choice (charcuterie, cheese, fruit, cereals, eggs....)
In short, there is nothing wrong with this hotel, where you can rub shoulders with alpacas in the well-appointed and grassy gardens, which gives the place a very friendly character.

The grounds here were a highlight (pretty flowers) and llamas that roamed around! The staff was very friendly. They held our luggage for us when we checked in early, and also did our laundry (small fee) one day. Our room was basic, but nice. The breakfast (included) had a very wide variety and was my favorite of all the places we stayed. The location was great! It was an easy walk to the train station, and also to the downtown area and all restaurants.

We stayed here before taking the train to Machu Picchu. The rooms were huge which was welcome. The courtyard was also wonderful and had llamas wandering through it. It’s an easy walk one direction to the train station and the other direction to the heart of Ollantaytambo. Blankets for beds were uncomfortably heavy and hotel offers no complementary water. They did provide us a boxed breakfast for the train ride which was quite good.

Stayed here for 1 night as part of an Intrepid tour. This place is amazing, comfortable beds, proper towels, great shower, had an amazing view and vibe and overall was amazing. The hotel had no TV but that didn't matter as wifi could help this and you don't just go to a hotel for the TV. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 out of 5 is the lack of a room safe, this added with the fact that you had to properly lock the door made me not give this a 5. Overall, highly recommended.

We only stayed for one night as part of an organised group tour. Our room was on the 1st floor, there is no lift. The breakfast was basic but adequate. It was wonderful to see alpacas and llamas wandering around the grounds. The whole hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains, it's a stunning location. You can hear the train noise occasionally though. This is the connection location for the Machu Picchu train. Within 10 mins walk are several bar and restaurant choices. The rooms are basic but clean and quaint.

We had a triple bed room, spacious and comfortable. Wifi was good. Also nearby to the Ollantaytambo train station for Peru Rail and Inca Rail. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. The property had a family of Alpacas roaming the grounds.

Locks/keys were very frustrating to use and kept getting stuck. Someone else entered my room by mistake too - again because of the locks I think.

Was a lovely stay, so close to the train station to Machu Picchu. Waking up with llamas roaming around the yard right outside your hotel room was amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Also a lot of archaeological sights to visit! Can’t wait to return

7495jones, there weren't any toiletries provided in our room. There is a small pharmacy/shop a few buildings up the street that has about anything you'll need: water, backpacks, deodorant, shower essentials, feminine products, etc.
"Get rooms on the 2nd floor on the wing near the road. All have the snow mountain views.
Chill out with the Alpacas in the evening when they come over to the garden to rest."
There are more places to choose from in the Ollantaytambo area.
