Luckily we only stayed one night. The hotel was not in the best location, both rooms had mold in all over the bathrooms and cold water only. On top of that we had no toilet paper when we arrived and did not receive any after asking. We didn't get to see the breakfast but the rooms where simply horrible for...

This accommodation was part of a package put together by Puma Trek in Cusco. The staff really didn't seem to give a dam when we arrived and as some places insist to leave the key at the front desk. Except it was on the counter when we returned with no one in attendance. Breakfast was between 5.00 and 7.00. Which...

The check in was poor with the only things mentioned was that checkout was 9am. The access to wifi could only be accessed in the shabby reception area. The breakfast was appalling and the girl serving was not at all receptive to our simple requests of water, coffee and milk. The only things on offer were burnt bread, butter and...

Our travel agent booked this inn for us. I'm not sure why... it had no WiFi and no guaranteed hot water (they told us because the amount of people there that we would likely not get any... we didn't even try.) It did have direct TV that could be changed between English and Spanish. The rooms were okay. We had...

I stayed here in my trip to Machupicchu April 2013 and it was nice. It was part of a package that I purchased and just stayed for a small period of time. The room was ok and a hot shower. It had free breakfast which was nice. I would recommend staying here if you're just looking for a bed for...

The prices are ridiculous though. Service was average and the location quite okay, as aguas calientes is really very small. I had a single room with a double bed that was a good size if you're 1,70m tall. If I were to go to Machu Picchu again, I'd pick another hostel.
