Quaint hotel located in the beautiful mountains of Peru. The service was lovely.... flowers and chocolates were on our bed when we arrived along with 3 bottles of water. The breakfast was delightful with very good food and service. We had a great nights rest here with comfortable beds.

We were greeted by Sonia holding a sign with my name at the exit of the train station (see pic) which was a nice welcome to Machu Picchu Pueblo. We were then greeted warmly by Christina at the front desk and she escorted us to our room and showed us around. We were pleasantly surprised to see our bath towels arranged like swans kissing on the bed (see pic). Our single room was located along the mountainside with a window that opened out to the river. Willy was also very helpful and made us a warm and tasty breakfast before our bus trip to Machu Picchu. Overall we had a wonderful stay with wonderful staff at Susanna Inn.

Where do I start, the people here were so kind and took care of all our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views. The room had good WiFi and a ton of English channels on the TV. The breakfast was perfect and we felt very pampered. They also stored our luggage safely while we waited for our train.

Susanna Inn is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at; the Manager of the hotel and Willie, the chief clerk in the hotel, have provided me with very professional service and hospitality; Willie has given me local tips which I need and saved me me a lot of money, such as showing me around the place, informing me of the free entrance ticket to Machu Picchu and the information about tour guides and buying things at the local market; I have especially liked the rich and delicious breakfast they serve in the dining room facing the river, enjoying the spectacular view while eating and making me feel that I am in heaven on the Earth.
