We stayed for three nights in the Lot Boutique hotel. The room was amazing with everything we needed. The beds were HUGE and super comfy. The staff were very helpful, 24 hour reception and no task was too much for them (we got an early bird breakfast on the day we left for a tour). The hotel ran into some rain related issues whilst we were on our tour which meant that we couldn't stay in the hotel for our third night. Whilst we were on the tour they found us a room at one of their sister hotels that was possibly even better (with the same huge beds and great service) and we were not charged a penny extra.

There is something to be said for a quaint, boutique hotel. We stayed here 2 separate nights, supposed to be 3 but one day there was a leak in our room so they moved us to their sister hotel, paid for the taxi and gave us a discount. Amazing customer service. They have a personalized breakfast in addition to a small buffet of options. They took amazing care of us. We left at 4 the final morning and they had already called a taxi, paid for it and communicated that we needed to go stop by their sister hotel to pick something up that we had left accidentally. I absolutely recommend staying here. We loved everything about it. The location is right near everything in Miraflores and the staff are fantastic.

nice place with courtyard and small library at a good location, friendly staff, good breakfast But room are simple and not a 4* standard. Therefore I think it is overprices. Radisson 5* is even cheaper. When I stayed there a construction site was in the same building which started 7am. But no information from the Hotel in advance or on their website.

I would recommend this hotel to folks who would prefer small, independent hotels. It was clean, staff were friendly and the location was very convenient. But it is very small. And we had the room right off the lobby which I would not recommend since the street noise was loud and you could vaguely hear folks eating breakfast in the morning. Too bad it was cool and drizzling which we were there because the courtyard looked like a relaxing spot!

The construction, which is going on, nearby ruins the experience. They should mention this fact beforehand. Otherwise the amount of money charged is ridiculous. And they charge a lot, believe me. So think twice before going to this place. I’m not going back to this hotel.
