We were in Lima, Miraflores for a few days before venturing into the interior more. This smaller hotel located in the Miraflores district was very good for our needs. Centrally locates, we were able to walk to all areas of interest minus Presidential Palace and area. We just took an inexpensive cab ride to this area which cost ~ 7 CDN. We had a room on the 7th floor and I know others could hear our television etc when it was on as our daughter was next door, but we did not hear a thing. They were updating the hotel when we were there and it is in very good condition. New carpeting in hallways, rooms are painted. I LE tricot you was 120 which was a bonus, so no convert or required. Staff were supportive in ordering cab, etc. The breakfast had fresh fruit, breads and eggs. Daughter ate the hot dogs, we did not. For the price and convenience, recommend highly. Just be mindful this is not North America. …
The location was very central of Mira Flores and perfect for walking to all the different parks. Safe, clean, good service. Even breakfast was a decent selection. The only downfall was our internet kept glitching and we told the front desk a few times and they were kind enough to come up each time to check it out but after a while it wasn’t worth calling them about it every few hours. The WiFi in the lobby and restaurant were good. Oh and the first morning I was woken up by all the honking on the street outside.
Friendly and professional staff, breakfast was sufficient, locations was great. The cons were that the you can hear your neighbours in the next bathroom when your there, plus noise from the hall way and outside street noise.
Nice personnel, nice and well equipped rooms, good and rich buffet breakfast , nice location in Miraflores that is a safe area, close to excellent restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, hairdresses and so on.
Pros: Good location to explore Miaflores including Larcomar, Park of Love (look out for Paddington Bear!) and Kennedy park. Rooms were fine. Staff were helpful. This was a pre/post tour hotel so not one I hand picked. Cons: Despite a restaurant on site (only saw people in it for breakfast buffet) and seating area off the main lobby there was no bar. So not condusive to meeting up pre dinner for a drink
