We stayed here for one night and would never consider staying here again. The negative points were that the carpet was disgustingly dirty so much so that it made our feet brown. Also, the sheets had a lot of hair on them and stains, extremely disappointing as you would expect them to put new sheets on after the last people...

Stayed 5 days. If you stay facing the street will be difficult to sleep. The rooms smell bad, the bathroom worst. Looks unattended, half of the lights works. Keep forgetting to replace towels. For the price go for something better. The location is ok

This hotel has clearly been improving things all over . My experience this year was much better than the last. The hotel is cleaner , the breakfast has slightly improved( there is a toaster at the buffet, so you çan toast the fresh buns and croissants from the table), the wireless Internet service has greatly improved. And as always the...

Since I was attending a conference at the convention center I booked a stay at this hotel. I should've here's the advice of other reviewers. The rooms are inexpensive and there's several reasons why. It is very run down and it doesn't appear to be going through any type of renovations. There were cigarette burns in my carpet, bobby pins...

Stayed for 2 nights, traveled to Cusco and environs for 4 nights, and now have returned for another week for a meeting at the convention center across the street. Here with a colleague. This is indeed a run down hotel. Would love to have hooks in the bathroom, but my biggest complaint is that the hot water is unpredictable. On...

Super Noisy, you get here doors closing in the hallways very easily. The wifi is spotty and constantly requires you to log in and add your password again and again. The hotel lacks maintenance. The staff was ok??. Location is decent however.

Truly the best experience. The room and our accommodations were superb. The staff was helpful and our meal was delicious. The location was excellent and unlike other countries our communication with staff was excellent. Our beds were comfortable and transportation from airport was easy. Truly an experience to remember.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Well located but it clearly lacked maintainance. Staff seemed distracted and incapable to provise muxh assistance. Wifi connection was extremely poor. In an executive room there was no desk (and no wifi). Breakfast was simple. All in all: unless they do not decide to upgrade and invest a bit, go for a better option

I stayed here for 2 separate nights in April 2015 and on both nights I had the full blast of Zumba music coming from the conference centre across the road. It was booming in my room. I had a room on both occasions facing the road and I was informed that rooms across the corridor did not have the noise.If...
