My family and I were also was stranded by the lockdown in Peru in March. We arrived in the middle of the night with alot of anxiety about our situation and what might happen next. It was VERY reassuring to have landed at this fantastic place. A true oasis in the storm. We could not have had a better stay. Nothing was left unattended. Despite this being very early in the Pandemic the management and staff had the new procedures well organized and managed. We were treated to amazing service, fantastic meals with great variety and lovely SAFE, comfortable surroundings. The roof deck was a great place to watch the ocean. Muchas gracias por todo
Not only is this hotel beautifully manicured and the cleanliness exceptional, the staff are over-the-top when it comes to hospitality and guest comfort. I fell ill on my trip to Cusco and Lima, rather urgently ill, in fact. The hotel had sent me a note while I was waiting for my flight at the Cusco airport expressing their welcome wishes and asking if there was anything I needed. I explained that I had fallen very ill and needed to seek emergency medical attention when I arrived in Lima; and a need for an English-speaking doctor as I do not know medical Spanish. The reception staff couldn't have been more delightful and helpful. They called ahead to the Clinica Anglo Americana in San Isidro to make sure they have a doctor on staff that evening to help me. Long story short, the hospital was amazing and they knew exactly what to do for my double kidney and bladder infection. The next day, when I was checking out, the Concierge recognized my name and asked if I was feeling better. When front desk members, who had also assisted in my care, heard my name, they all came to inquire about my health. Overall, this property is so worth visiting, and they may surprise you in ways you never expected while visiting Peru. Great food, great staff, and absolutely beautiful accommodations.…
My family and I stayed at the Hilton Lima this year, it was the greatest experience there, the housekeeping staff was awesome!!!and the staff from the restaurant was also great, Hilton Lima has the best workers and the best customer service at the restaurant and they were Jose, Armando, Fiorelita👏. We were staying at the Hilton just as the COVID situation escalated in Lima. Service throughout the hotel was excellent, especially with the assistance we received from the front desk staff and concierge as our travel plans quickly changed. The executive lounge was great place to unwind and commiserate with fellow travelers. The lounge staff was terrific in ensuring we were comfortable and provided much needed support over a hectic weekend. Have stayed in many Hilton hotels throughout the Americas, the Lima Miraflores is step above most of them in service.
I was stuck here during the lockdown in Peru due to COVID as I waited for the UK to organise a repatriation flight for me home. Words can't express how wonderful and helpful the staff were during this frightening time. They always went out of their way to make sure I was feeling OK, and always had a smile on their face despite the stressful times. The hotel itself is lovely, as is the restaurant, but it was really the kindness of the staff that stood out. I am eternally grateful to them all.
