Detailed Reviews
We spent five nights in this pocket hotel and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and little impacted by traffic and night time noise.
The beds were comfortable and the fully adjustable ducted airconditioning made for a comfortable nights sleep.
The bathroom is large and features a shower/bath with good pressure and plenty of hot water.
The breakfast is comprehensive and dishes can be made to order. Miguel, the breakfast service manager, was very friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome. He taught us some Spanish and picked up some English from us.
Erika at reception was also highly professional and her English was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for all the front office staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again. Everything you need is in close walking distance and the location is very convenient. Loved it!

We stayed here two nights on arrival from the states. It is a small hotel situated on a quiet street. The room was very spacious and well appointed. There was a jetted tub and seperate shower; the toilet was in a seperate room; King bed, with a sectional couch and coffee table; seperate cocktail type table and chairs.
The staff was welcoming and helpful. And don't skip the fish restaurant across the street! Excellente!

Thank you very much for your comment. As you mentioned, the size of our rooms are one of our strongest advantages, as it is the hotel location, near to many important places in Miraflores, like good restaurants. Sincerely,

I enjoyed my weekend stay at Arawi Hotel
Everything was clean and breakfast could be ordered in the evening and was then served once you came for breakfast the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful, but giving out information about activities in the area or current events (during my stay there there was discussion about a strike happening and they didnt know anything about it...) Was not their strenghth. However, all in all very recommended, i will book there again!

Let’s start with the good bits first:
Central location, about 10 walk to Larcomar, shopping and restaurants nearby.
Room is spacious( we had the triple room). We arrived late after a long flight, we were very tired and hungry, and our guide took us to the wrong hotel ( be careful, same name). Took almost 2 hours to get to the hotel. We appreciated the quick check in, once we got there.
The not so good bits: we ordered room service, took nearly 1 hour to be delivered. We all fell asleep while waiting for it.
The room has two dirty tiny windows, one facing a construction site next door, while the other faces the window of the room next door.
Breakfast was ok, don’t order the pancakes, they were tough. The waitress was friendly and accomodating.
We stayed here for 2 nights, our next flight was very early ( 2 am check in), so we asked for breakfast to be packed to be taken out. They basically put out 2 loaves of bread on a trolley, with jam, Coffee and tea, no milk was available. Miserable green apples. They could have packed them into a box, rather than us having to rush to make our breakfast. Sometimes it is the little things that make a difference.

Thank you for reviewing us, ClassyOz. As you mentioned, one of the advantages of the hotel is the hotel location, because is near to many important places in Miraflores. About the other hotel we have, actually each one has a different name, the hotel you stayed is ARAWI MIRAFLORES PRIME, and the other one is ARAWI MIRAFLORES EXPRESS. They have different names and different categories, so I think your guide got confused, and maybe he didn´t read the complete name of the hotel, and just consider only ARAWI in the Waze or something like that. We are very sorry that your order took so long. That day they had many requests in the restaurant and with an event on the first floor of the hotel, so it was a bit complicated, but it is something that does not normally happen. About the pancakes in the breakfast, We apologize for not having cooked something to your liking, however I suggest that in a next opportunity you communicate it immediately so that they can change it, because what matters most to us is that our guests end up satisfied and happy. The breakfast has a schedule, and before it we offer a continental breakfast, that is a courtesy of the hotel. Our guests usually eat that breakfast before they leave, and they hardly ever ask to take it, however we are taking note of your request to have special bags on hand to offer to guests who need to take their breakfast. Thank you very much for your observations, because it will help us to offered a better service! Sincerely,

The room was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. Toast, pastries, eggs, cereals, coffee, teas, juice, coffee, cheese, and fresh fruits. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us with excellent directions to a variety of different places. The kitchen staff were also friendly and helpful. There was one kitchen wait staff, a young woman with glasses that was very helpful and offered a host of information about her country. I am sorry that I didn't write her name down but she speaks very good english too! I'd definitely stay there again.

A boutique hotel centrally located in a part of town allowing easy access to restaurants and shopping. Free Wifi was good. The room was spacious and provided every comfort. The bedding was good, and the service impeccable. I had a very early tour start and a continental breakfast was provided for in the hotel lounge area. A stand out was the excellent buffet breakfast the following day, one of the best I have had.

The hotel was lovely, modern with all the expected amenities. It was also in a very convenient part of the city with most of the attractions within walking distance, including the beach. The staff were very competent and and willing to help, especially since we were English speaking with very little Spanish and they made sure we understood answers to our questions.

Well located hotel in the well-healed tourist area of Miraflores. Easy to get to from Lima Airport by bus or taxi. We used the Airport Express (pre-booked) and got off at stop number 2 just outside the Tourist Office on Avenue Jose Larco. It’s just a short walk to the hotel. QuickLlama minibuses looked pretty smart too.
Really helpful staff – facilitated a very early check-in for $30 per room but that included two excellent breakfasts. Decent, quiet room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Uber into the historical centre was cheap. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance in Miraflores. Would certainly stay again if ever that way. See the Peru Hop trip review for the visits we made.

Nice hotel in close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our room had three full size beds, a small table and two chairs, Nespresso coffee machine, tea bags and a mini fridge. Safety deposit box in a huge closet. TV and good wifi. Smaller bathroom but with awesome water pressure and hot water. Thick towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and pillows first class. Breakfast was adequate and there's is hot tea water with and assortment of teabags available all the time. Firefly and professionals staff as well! Smaller type of boutique hotel in a nice location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants but not in the middle of all the noice!

Small hotel with a very personal treatment. It was located in a quiet street in the center on Miraflores. Despite the room had no exterior window, we got an upgrade with a double bed. The two daily curtesy bottles were also very welcome

So sorry abut the room with no view, but in all the buildings and hotels, there is always some rooms wihout a view to the streets, but of course if we have a special request in the reservation, and depending of the availability of that day, we can assing rooms with street view. No they will not - Peru has 120 volt outlets just like we do in the States
We had a private driver, it was late evening and traffic was not too bad (for Lima) but it still took about nearly an hour.
Lima airport is chaotic, good luck!
You can make a taxi reservation with hotel receptionist. Also, you can ask taxi fare first then decide whether to make an appointment. Or you can ask the hotel reception people if they can help to book their co-operative taxi company, the price will more cheap than hotel taxi.
Hello, the airport shuttle has a cost. This service could be included with some offers. Please contact us at
+51 1 4467676 or via email with Arawi Hotels to give you more information.
Thank you!
Yes of course! all the rooms have a blow dryer in the bathroom.
