Nice hotel, really good breakfast buffet. Well located & right next to the tourist information centre. Staff were friendly & spoke some English. Only downside was trying to arrange pickup from the airport as I arranged 5 days before and they didn’t send a driver. Uber was easy enough in the end.

Nice hotel. Clean. Nice staff. We arrived after midnight following a tiring trip. Staff handled things efficiently and quickly. I especially liked Ricardo, who welcomed us a few days earlier when we dropped by.

Don't stay here- they will cancel your hotel on last moment's notice and then you'll be stuck in a foreign country without a hotel. We stayed here twice, and the 2nd time around the hotel decided to overbook themselves, and canceled our hotel room that we reserved months in advance. We were in Cusco getting ready to fly back to Lima and stay at this hotel- and got a notification from booking.com stating the hotel (not booking.com) had canceled our hotel reservation we booked months ago. When calling the hotel, they claimed it's booking.com's fault, when we got ahold of booking.com they explained it was the hotel that canceled. We tried to call the hotel 3-4 times to find out why the canceled (they overbooked all the rooms and from other reviews this is a common occurrence) but each time someone at the front desk answered, they laughed and hung up, as if they recognized my voice and didn't want to deal with us. Extremely disrespectful. Booking.com also couldn't get ahold of the hotel (their customer service was great, and called/emailed the property multiple times). In the end we had to get a hotel at the last second which costs us a bunch more money than we had expected. Also- this hotel isn't in a good location, not much around except small street vendors. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone ever, unless you want to be stranded in Lima without a place to stay. Don't stay at this hotel, their rude lack of customer service and willingness to cancel your hotel room at any moment isn't worth the hassle in Lima. Much nicer hotels are around.

This hotel is located in Lima's famous and touristic Miraflores district. It is about 45 minutes away from the international airport. The hotel is located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, yet is quite far from the historic center. The hotel rooms were spacious with enough room for all our luggage! The rooms are simple and very well suited for the casual middle-class tourist who is neither looking for a stay in a luxurious hotel, nor in a hostel! The room was very clean. The wifi worked well in the rooms. There is a television, safe, and mini fridge as well. Bottled water must be purchased. There is soap and shampoo, as well as a hair-dryer in the bathroom. You may however need to be patient while waiting for hot water in the shower! The staff was also friendly. They can give you a wake-up call in the morning if you require it too. In the hotel, which is not very large, there is a bar, restaurant, and conference rooms. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning. The food selection is somewhat limited, which is not unusual in most hotels I stayed at in Peru, but there is an amazing machine that serves great coffee (and plays a little tune!), and fresh maracuyas, which are delicious! Unfortunately, I found that the restaurant was very understaffed at breakfast time and it was difficult to find someone who wasn't too busy who could bring us plates and cutlery to our table...not a terrible inconvenience, but still a slight annoyance. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is simple, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers and wouldn't be afraid to stay here again if I went back to Lima!
