Great location overlooking the boardwalk, 5 minutes walk from Larcomar shopping mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spectacular location for our excellent breakfast on the 11th floor, although when we were there it was a bit cloudy and too cold to sit outside. There’s a small pond outside the hotel with turtles in it which the staff were proud of, although at one time an eagle was perched above and they disappeared under water!
Excellent location for touring in Lima. Easy check-in at front desk. Beautiful suite very good bed and linens. Suite is large with huge bath and fun dry sauna. Breakfast is easy and tasty. String Wi-Fi. Always greeted by professional & knowledgeable staff on the property. Belmond is consistently excellent. I also stayed with Belmond for Machu Pichu ( sanctuary) and Cusco (monastaio)
We kicked off a 2-week trip to Peru staying at the Miraflores Park for three nights in Lima. We had an Ocean View Club Junior Suite. The view from our room down the coastline was jaw dropping, and the room itself was very comfortable, especially the wonderful bathroom setup. We loved the the rooftop location for each breakfast and the buffet selections and made to order items were all excellent. The staff and service were great. The location next to the Malecon made for great walks, too! Highly recommended.
I have stayed here many times and it became my home away from home on the bulk of my travel. Highly recommended. It is a great stay for both business and family. It is also located in a nice area to walk in the evening.
Everything was well thought through. Excellent staff service, well appointed room, housekeeping attended to room twice a day. Spoilt for choices breakfast with awesome sea view on 11th floor. One the best hotels I stayed and faultless.
Miraflores Park Lives up to its reputation as one of the top hotels in Lima. I had a gorgeous room overlooking the water. My room had all the amenities and the dry sauna as well. The service here was excellent from the front desk, to housekeeping, to room service. Also had two treatments at Zest spa and they were nice as well. The electrical fixtures are in bad need of an upgrade but otherwise everything else was perfect.
We chose to stay at all Belmond hotels on our trip to Peru, starting and ending with the Miraflores Park in Lima. Both of our rooms were fantastic and the customer service representatives could not have been more accommodating. They were particularly helpful for us with car service transportation (to/from airport, dinners, etc.) and in coordinating with the other Belmond hotels on our journey. Breakfast was delicious and we felt very cared for every step of the way. The whole staff was so kind and hospitable… we just loved being with Belmond and would stay with them again in a heartbeat!
Edu was great, excellent cocktails and food. A cut above most places we’d visited in Peru generally north in terms of service and quality of food and drink. Fairly priced, not cheap but not unreasonable.
We stayed for an unplanned two days at the end of our three week Peru adventure, and we were very pleased that we did! The hotel was great, the service was excellent throughout - especially the bar staff. We had the amazing roof pool entirely to ourselves and the couple we were travelling with - two days too of rare Winter Lima sunshine. The nearby shopping centre is a great option to visit for a quick bite, and its easy to get to anywhere in Miraflores for the many great restaurants. The room on the 5th floor was great - a little too traditional in style for me, but everything was in perfect order and very well maintained. We had a weird sauna in our bathroom that I might have paid more for - without out knowing. But the only issue in the room was that the beds were a little too soft - but hey - everyone has their own taste in mattress. The hotel cars are cheap and great to get out and about with - but almost impossible to book to get back to the hotel - but then Uber is all over town. I really felt like a valued guest (with the doormen remembering my name, even though I was only there for two days), and I would 100% stay again...despite the hotel being a little too expensive…
It was fine. The room was outdated and the lobby was nothing special. The service was good and the restaurant was excellent. The location was good and the third bed was good as well. Probably not worth the money and would stay at the JW next time
