Good value for its price and location, but please offer better wifi connection! Service is consistently good as well and offers a decent free breakfast. We travelled with a baby, they were very helpful and placed a nice crib in the room. I would really recommend it!

WE were using AmEX and asked for an upgrade and were told we had a very nice room and no upgrade was available. It was room #501 which was next to the elevator and on the busy and noisy street so we refused it and were finally given an upgrade. Front desk was not very friendly. Not many amenities in... More

This hotel was lovely with large, comfortable rooms. Outstanding breakfast buffet (unless you have to eat before its regular opening). Staff helpful and friendly, with enough English to help travelers. There is a Starbucks immediately next door, which will appeal to many. I couldn't have been happier with the hotel!

We stayed here for two nights after visiting the rain forest. After three nights without electricity or hot water this was a touch of luxury. By booking on their website we got several benefits. They sent a car to the airport to pick us up. They upgraded our room to a junior suite and gave us free breakfast and wifi.... More

It is not the most luxury hotel but is a relly good one, the rooms are huge/spacious. Check in and check out was fast and the service is excellent. Good location. I had a good experience. TIP: Go downstair to the bar and ask for a "Sauer Pisco" which is a traditional drink in Peru, the one in that bar... More

A wonderfully reassuring site of our first visit to the continent, providing everything that we could possibly need and more (tasty Peruvian treats on arrival!). The staff were superb and the facilities spoiled us.

Spent three nights. Check in was fast but not the check out. Location is OK but the place is noisy and the windows are not insulated. The bathroom is small and dated, they should take some unused space from the room. The gym is tiny, has one machine, one elliptical, one bike and one treadmill, so it is hard to... More

The hotel is excellently located in San Isidro, Lima.. Very quiet neighborhood, next to a Starbucks and a country club, small boutique shops. Peruvians apparently don't walk much and streets in the area although safe, look deserted! A taxi is needed . The staff at the hotel, superb, primarily the ladies at the front desk. Always willing to help, procuring... More

The hotel, is OK but a little bit worn out. What is below standards is the restaurant, at least when I was there (September 2015). Breakfast is good but the three times I had dinner was really not what one could expect fro the price. I suspect that since the opening of the Westin, belonging to the same chain, mamagement...
