I stayed at this property for 6 nights prior to a tour with Intrepid. The hotel is very central and walking distance to Larcomar Shopping Centre, Love Park, Kennedy Park and all the main food and shopping strips. I even walked to Barranco from here! The breakfast is good, a fine selection of fruits, breads, cold meats and cheese and also eggs. There is tea, coffee and coca tea on offer. There is also bottled water for you to fill up your drink bottles with available all day and night. The restaurant serves a nice dinner, and a delicious Pisco Sour. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My room faced the front, and was very light at night and can be noisy at times, but if you are unhappy with your room staff will happily find you another if available. I personally didn’t mind the front room. There is a fan available in the room, which you will need because Lima gets very muggy! The hotel staff are exceptional! They speak English and are happy to help recommend restaurants and organise tours for you to do. Laundry service is also available, and it is returned to you the next day. There is hot water too. The outside yard is very nice, a great place to sit and relax with a book or to have a Pisco Sour with your new friends. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it and stay here again in the future.

Had a comfortable stay at Hotel Senorial at the beginning of our 3-week tour of Peru. Situated in an affluent area of Lima, it is situated minutes from the beach, sea-fronted park and a high-end shopping Centre. The 3* star rooms are very clean and well-maintained - complete with hair-drier and soaps/shampoo. Breakfast was of a basic standard, but satisfactory. Staff are super-friendly and helpful. The one and only negative was the thickness (or thinness!) of the hotel-room doors - we were able to clearly hear our opposite neighbor’s wake-up call and conversation with reception at 4:30 a.m.! Overall, a nice place to rest your head.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before flying to Cuzco. The hotel itself is nice, with decent sized rooms and bathrooms. The inner courtyard is lovely and comfortable. If you don't like mouse, and there is a large group staying there, you may want a room away from the courtyard. The breakfast buffet had more than enough choice for me. Location was great. Hotel staff were helpful and kind in helping to find room, helping to keep the noise down, and basically everything else. I would consider staying here again if I visit Lima in the future.

This hacienda style of hotel has a lot of character and a beautiful garden courtyard which is great for reading a book and relaxing away from the hubris of Lima. Rooms are quite large and have decent bathrooms with good water pressure. A light but quality breakfast provided overlooking the garden. One area for improvement: some rooms facing courtyard have windows that open onto the walkway. But there are no security grills. Which means if you open the window at night it can’t be locked. There’s great CCTV cameras but still it was a bit unsettlinG. We kept the windows locked and asked for a fan.

Stayed here 3 nights before joining a tour. Had been backpacking previously and so this felt like luxury. Clean, tidy and simple with helpful staff that will point you in the right direction for good local eateries. Nothing fancy but a nice simple hotel.
