The Casa Inca is my favorite 'home' in Miraflores. A boutique hotel, it is located 1/2 block from the ocean promenade and Larcomar on a quiet side street so you can escape noisy Lima and have a relaxing and restful time. The staff is friendly and helpful making you feel right at home. Every time I come to lima, I... More

We love Casa Inca Boutique Hotel! We chose a room with a private terrace again and it was great, The room is cozy and the bed super comfortable. Very quiet!!! The bathroom was tiled and good shower. The breakfast was great and the staff is wonderful. This is not too far from the mall and also the great walkway along... More

I've stayed at Casa Inca many times and love it. The rooms are lovely, with fabulous mattresses and wonderful duvets; it's very clean and well kept, the staff are totally amazing - very polite and very helpful - it's close to everything. What is also enchanting is its history. If you are looking for an impersonal, western style chain hotel,... More

I do not recommend the Casa Inca boutique hotel. The rooms smelt like rotten basement carpet, the doors to the patio would not open, the furniture was like garage sale furniture (and were not comfortable), the wifi is terrible as it shuts off every 60 seconds, and the hallway smelt like old grandma house. The hotel is in a good location... More

We just stayed in the ocean view room of the Casa Inca Hotel and when we started up the hall to get to the room we were struck by the awful smell of mould, rotten wood, and foulness. The hall and room had basement grade cheap carpet that needs to be ripped out to get rid of the stink. We... More

Beautiful and well kept house located just a block away of LARCOMAR. Quiet and safe neighborhood, close to many attractions, fine boutique stores, and restaurants for all tastes, most with wonderful Ocean views. CASA INCA is a great place that welcomes you by a friendly team of hotel's receptionists, cleanning staff plus cook and servers in charge of a fabulous... More

We loved this hotel. It had been, and still feels like, a private house. It is full of beautiful old fashiond furniture, pictures and books. It's quite small and only serves breakfast, which is v good. Our room (9) was on the ground floor and looked put over the lovely green garden. Despite being right by the front it was... More

This Hotel has a great location. Yet you can do much better. The rooms smelled of mold. The showers were so under powered you cannot even wash your hair. This is not acceptable in this part of town for the cost of the hotel. In addition the breakfast does not start until 7:15 which is too late if you have... More

WE came to Lima to finish off our trip to Peru, and according to some referrals, the place to stay was Barranco. We found what looked like a nice place in Barranco, but it turned out to be a creepy, dark, half done, dirty, old mansion with overbearing staff. We cut our visit short and decided to search for someplace better... More

Very nice old house, reshaped as an hotel boutique. Everything is lovely in the place, furnitures, rooms, the beds are good and recent the location is near miraflores' center, but still very quiet for that district. Some rooms are very romantic, a good place to stay
