This hotel was a very lovely place to stay the night before our international flight out of Lima. There isn't anything to do around the hotel, so you really just have to stay in the hotel once you get there. The hotel had a nice breakfast buffet. We also ate dinner at the hotel which was relatively pretty expensive, but there were few other options. The food was pretty good. The room was comfortable, the wifi was strong, there was even AC in the room. You could hear a lot of street noise from the room, which would be one of the only negatives. The airport transport was super easy, timely, and free. Would recommend if you need to stay the night near the airport!

I absolutely loved it here. We got stranded at 1am from a flight and booked this place. So close to the hotel. Immediately welcomed by the front and there was security personnel on the premises. We were starving (planning on dinner on our flight) and their bar and restaurant was open 24hours. We had peruvian fried rice and a hamburger at 2am and the service was great. They had someone escort us to our room to ensure we were safe. The shower and beds were exquisite and they had multiple European, 110V, and 220V outlets in the room. In the morning there is a huge breakfast buffet from 4am (awesome) to 10am with service staff. It was some of the best food I have had in a long time and included detox juice which I didn’t realize I needed to badly! There were water bottles in the room and I was given a complimentary water upon departure. Checkout is at noon and my friend left for a flight at 6am. My flight wasn’t until midnight and when I mentioned that they told me I was welcome to stay in my room until 2 pm free of charge and they would schedule the shuttle to pick me up to take me to the airport. They were so politer and handled my bag with care. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are in Lima. Carlos and Cynthia at the front were so friendly and helpful!

I stayed in room 607 for one night in January 2020. They have a free shuttle van from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. I contacted them in advance and they had a representative waiting at the airport for me. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the room to be comfortable and clean although it could use another chair and a small table to go along with the other chair already there. The room just looked a little spartan. There is a coffee maker in the room but no microwave oven or mini refrigerator. The air conditioner worked very well and it had a clean filter. There were a few amenities in the bathroom and the hot water was good and towels in good condition. The room was surprisingly quiet and I was able to sleep well. I would also mention that the bed was quite comfortable. I would probably give them five stars but the prices in the hotel are quite high, including the room rate and the american-style breakfast that's about $20. There are not many good choices near the Lima Airport, but if you find the pricing to be acceptable, this is a good place to stay.

Chose this hotel for my Lima airport overnight after landing at 6:00pm with a flight out the next morning at 10:00am. So glad I chose it! After exiting immigration and passport control, I presented at the Directo desk. I asked for the shuttle to the Holiday Inn. A holiday Inn rep met me about two minutes later and escorted me to the free shuttle which delivered me to the hotel. As other reviewers have said, DO NOT try to walk to the hotel despite the location right across from the airport as the traffic is just treacherous if you were to attempt to cross the streets.
Front desk staff was welcoming, hotel felt very safe and secure, room key needed to access the floor. My room was spotless and quiet. The bed may have felt extra-comfy due to the two days of flights it took to get there, but I slept like a log.
Prior to retiring, I had a meal in the restaurant/cafe off the lobby. Kind, attentive waitstaff. I had a burger and fries which were perfectly fine, along with a yummy South American wine. The cappuccino the next morning was so good I had a second.
Seamless transfer back to the airport in the morning for my LIM-IQT flight. For an airport hotel, the experience felt pretty upscale, especially for the price. I would choose here again on a return visit.

We arrived late and extremely tired from our overseas flight. At first Tania could not find the reservation. She was not friendly or the least bit concerned with our fatigue and request for a quiet room. When she did find our pre-paid room reso she put us on the second floor in the noisiest highest occupancy area. The hotel room doors are extremely thin- like paper. We could hear everything. People spoke loudly, doors slammed, and dishes clanked until 2:00 in the morning. Clearly Tania was trying to accommodate the housekeeping staff and not the customer. Awful sleep- no thanks to Tania. It was like a hostel with 4 star hotel prices!!Extremely strong nauseating smells in the lobby and driveway of this hotel. Only one bottle of water in room for two people. Had to call down at 12:00AM for another bottle. Bathroom was tiny. Don’t stay here. There are other options.

Great hotel for a layover in Lima, located just across the road from the airport and is a 5 minute walk away (when you leave arrivals, take a right turn and walk to the far end of the airport, then out onto the main road and over the foot bridge). Very large and spacious room, WiFi worked fine, bedside plugs available. Buffet breakfast was included in the room price and was delicious. Given its location directly across the road from an international airport there was the occasional sound of planes taking off but I only noticed this in the morning as I was sound asleep and undisturbed at night! Free transport from the hotel to the airport in the morning (I imagine there is also transport from the airport to the hotel, but I didn't see it/wasn't looking for it). Would happily stay again if I had to.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Lima Airport on three separate stays in August 2022. Each stay was just for one night. We booked with this hotel because it was close to the Lima airport and offered free shuttle service to and from the airport, 24 hours a day.
We had absolutely no issues with our reservations nor the shuttle services for each of our stays. The staff at the hotel are very polite and hospitable. We dined in the restaurant on two separate occasions and the food was good and reasonable.
They stowed luggage for us after our 2nd stay and we had no issues when we returned with our luggage.
The rooms are very clean with plugs on both sides of the bed for electronics. There are black out curtains to help with sleep. The noise from outside of the hotel can be heard but honestly, it's a lot louder when you are outside. The city near the airport does not rest!
I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Lima Airport if you need a place to stay near the airport.

Disaster from checkin to checkout.
We were told upon checkin that breakfast was not included and would be additional cost. Our reservation (through Expedia) stated that breakfast buffet assess was included. When looking online, the hotel property details clearly indicated that buffet breakfast was included for all guests / all room types (no exceptions). Seems like a cut and dry case.
We called guest services from our room to speak with management about the issue and place an order for meal service. They advised management would return our call shortly. 45 minutes later, guest services called to let us know the kitchen was behind and it would another hour until the food (it was just soup) was ready. Given the ridiculous wait, we asked to cancel the food order (and replaced it with wine; they were out of almost every listed bottle on their menu) and an update on management. They still had not retrieved a manager.
An hour later, guest services (no manager) called the room to provide a dubious explanation of the discrepancy. Allegedly, there had been some kind of “policy change” between the time that we had made the reservation and our stay. Didn’t make any sense. We spoke to several other guests in the hotel, all of which had access to breakfast included. Irritated as hell after the back and forth, we ended the discussion in disbelief.
Morning came and it was time to leave for the airport. With no plans for breakfast, we fired up the coffee pot in the room. Broken! No coffee. Made our way downstairs for checkout and shuttle to the airport. We were stuffed in the backseat of a van that didn’t remain upright (also broken). The driver tried to prop up the seat with luggage. Comical at this point. Luckily a short ride away from this joke of a Holiday Inn.

Wow! What a nice and pleasant stay we had here for our one night stay. We chose this place because of how close it is to the airport and our flight was early. This Holiday Inn is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed at. They have great customer service, and everything is modern and extremely clean. As soon as you walked in it smelled so nice and fresh. We had a king size bed on the 7th floor. The bed and shower were comfortable and I couldn’t hear any traffic or planes . They also had a really nice buffet breakfast that starts at 4am. Breakfast included, pancakes, fruits, hash browns, bacon, eggs , ect. They have a airport shuttle that dropped us off on time for our international flight. Thank you for a great stay! I highly recommend this Holiday Inn!!

We loved this hotel. We came at the end of our trip in Peru to be close to the airport. We ended up staying for 2 nights since our departure changed.
It was very clean and new(about 5 years old) and everyone was extremely polite and helpful.
The breakfast is included and starts at 4:00 am which is perfect for those early flights. There is also a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes.
The rooms were like a standard North American hotel and the pillows were so comfy- they were labeled soft, medium or firm so you could choose.
We had one meal in the dining room and it was good.
We took an Uber into Miraflores for our free day. This was easy- was about a 40 minute drive and was pretty cheap.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we return to Lima.
It was very clean and new(about 5 years old) and everyone was extremely polite and helpful.

Yes you need to reserve. You have to let them know that you have arrived before you leave the terminal where all the hire car desks etc are. The buses go every 15 minutes and only take 4 or 5 minutes to cross over to the hotel depending on the traffic.
Sorry , cannot help with that. Why not e mail the hotel?
I booked my room through Orbitz and was charged 10% of the price of the room in taxes/fees. Since I didn't pay anything extra at the hotel, I concluded that I wasn't charged the 18% city tax. I recommend contacting the hotel directly before booking and inquire with them.
Your best option is to ask the Information counter Before going out to the hall, next to the car rental desks. This is where they actually plan.
Stay next to the desk even if they want you to wait outside as it is not very clearly organized
I don't think so. We arrived early, they only allowed us to use a bathroom in the lobby for free to change clothes, but not early check-in.
