the hotel itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly.
But the rooms are not nice, have no heating and are very damp.and have no windows. The one I stayed in for one night was facing the main street and the windows did not close therefore the whole night lots of noise and freezing cold. I caught a cold because of this issue.

This hotel was booked as part of a tour by the agency. The location is very good, in Miraflores, a 10 min walk to the ocean. There are many restaurants around and the area is safe and clean. The staff is helpful and polite and the entrance is impressive. The rooms are clean, but very cold. The lack of any rugs or carpets makes the rooms feel colder than they should. Unfortunately our room was also next to the kitchen and the noise was terrible after 4am. Breakfast was average, just ok.

In the beginning we had some issues leaving our bags there for a few days until we checked in even though I confirmed per mail whether this would be ok, but the friendly staff resolved this with us and it was all good at the end.
Overall the room is fine, a bit noisy - but hey, it's Lima!
The breakfast is REALLY really good!!!!
I would probably stay here again if I ever were to come back.

Our room was located on the second floor overlooking the courtyard and was cute and clean with plenty of room. Breakfast was good and had great variety of choices and changed a bit daily. The hotel is located within walking distance to JFK park, the Indian Market, and Larcomar mall, among other things to see and do. The only issue I had with the room was the noise and it was not the issue of the hotel. There was a group of kids there whose chaperones let them run around and they were very loud until late in the evening. We could hear a bit of the car traffic from the street even though we were near the back of the hotel, but nothing they could do about it and that was just due to the courtyard being open.

Well located, clean and quiet! A bit dated but that didn't impact our stay! The internet went down but since it wasn't their fault they actually did all they could to fix it. Breakfast selection was wide enough to enjoy and a bonus early check in at 12 was very welcome!

Nice place to stop in great geographical area at 10 minutes of Larcomar Mall in front of the Ocean not only to buy everything you need but as well to eat.
