We stayed there for a total of 6 days. And I can honestly say it was a great experience, the staff was very nice and helpful, and always made sure we were well taken care of and safe. The Rooms were cleaned everyday (Very clean btw) and I am not sure how they did it, but they seemed to always make my bed so perfectly, you would come home to a fresh towel on a fantastically made bed. ( Very nice experience) There was service 24/7 and was always available to help. There were 2 ladies that worked there. one of them was a girl named Nathaly, very sweet and great hard worker. She would usually take the night shifts and always had a good attitude towards it :) Couldn´t of asked for more from her. She also made sure our luggage was safe when it was time for us to move on to our next adventure. Very nice sweet person and good worker. Thank you Nathaly for all your hard work and the fun conversations we had :) I hope you do well, and hope to meet you again in the future. The other lady (Not sure her name) but was also very nice, she made sure we had a nice breakfast in the morning of a egg with fresh coffee or tea, and a nice smoothie and bread with butter and jam, and she cleaned up after us gracefully, very much appreciated. Thank you so much for all your hard work :) The last person was the owner, A very nice young man, very caring and considerate, we chatted for a bit in some broken spanish and english it was nice. He also wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Oh and he also made this fantastic Papya Smoothie! It was very delicous :P He was also working and cleaning and I love to see when the owner is also hands on and doing the work. Thank you for all the work you did and the small spanish lesson you gave me, and making sure your hostel was always kept so clean. And having such great people working for you :) Also the hostel was in a pretty safe spot in the City (MiraFlores) and always felt safe while inside the hostel, never felt in danger or felt that someone might try to steal my things. (I actually forgot both my water bottles twice :P and the staff kept them behind the counter nice safe and sound, again much appreciated :) I would definetly recommend this Hostel to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to stay for a couple days or weeks while in Lima, Miraflores. And that´s not to far away from some nice affordable restraunts/Bars. And about a 10min walk from a Great grocery store called "Vivanda. (So far my favorite grocery store in Peru). Thank you for taking the time to read my long review, overall a nice, safe, friendly spot to lay your head down after a nice long day of sightseeing. I hope you all have a wonderful time traveling around the world, seeing all the world has to offer, and looking to give a little back to where ever you go. Cheers, Hope you have a great day and Happy Travelling :) Saludos

We really enjoyed our night here. We had a clean private room with a great bed and shower. Checked-in early, staff was really nice. 24/7 staff (I think). Location is a nice neighborhood. Miraflores center isn’t too far walking. For a couples it’s great.

Wuilder, the receptionist was very helpful and informative, and I also enjoyed the kindness of the maid. The location in Miraflores was great and safe. The hotel is not suitable for people looking for quiet due to school nearby

Unfortunately, we had to book this hotel for work purposes due to its location and it has been a terrible never-ending experience. The room was for my husband (Room#2) and his feedback was that the hotel was terribly loud that he couldn't sleep and the quality of the linens & bedding was very poor. The owner of this hotel is a dubious business man and the real problems started after my husband returned from Lima. We had booked this room through booking.com and were surprised to get an e-mail from them stating that we did not pay the 18% VAT (IGV) for my Peruvian husband. We absolutely paid this fee at the property and was even issued a Factura for it. We e-mailed this to booking.com and they offered to give us a $25.00 refund for our inconvenience and the false reporting of the owner regarding our payment. We also paid a 15% service fee on top of that direct at the property that the owner LIED about. He stated that was our booking.com fee and that money goes directly to booking.com - which is does NOT- it is a direct profit for the hotel. The hotel provides zero services or amenities and shouldn't even be charging this fee and furthermore, they shouldn't be lying to its customers that this fee is for booking.com, when it is absolutely NOT. The owner THREATENED us and told us he was going to fly to Cusco (our home) to resolve the matter in person in a very hostile manner. Why would he threaten us when we paid him everything at the hotel? It was simple - he wanted retaliation for my husband writing an honest review of his property on booking.com. When my husband was corresponding with the owner, the owner sent him a screenshot of the service fee when we noticed an internal note at the bottom of the reservation that stated my husband vomited on the sheets & duvet in the room - WHICH IS A BLATANT LIE. This man is obviously a shoddy businessman that does not know how to run or operate a hotel. We have formally complained to booking.com and have asked them to cease & desist with this hotel property. My husband asked the owner about the note in his reservation and the owner is now backtracking and stating that both the 18% IGV and the vomit notation were mistakes on their part (which we absolutely do not believe). The owner has realized now that we are not putting up with illegal, blatantly rude and unprofessional actions and he has been caught. If anyone would like further evidence of our interaction, please feel free to contact me directly as I have a back-up of all our correspondence.
