Stayed there for a week—no complaints! The service was polite and considerate. They welcomed us and informed us of everything we needed. I would recommend staying there for anyone looking for a more quiet time. It’s conveniently located so you can grab a taxi / Uber to go anywhere. It’s walkibg distance from restaurants and a supermarket. Not much nightlife in that area but you can head out if need be. Loved this hotel !

My key did not work in door and I went to front desk to get new key. The front desk quoted me a price to stay an extra night as my reservation was only for 6 nights. I agreed to price and they provided me new room key. While I was being interviewed on a radio program over skype they kept calling my room until I answered to tel me they needed to charge me more for the room. I told them I had a series of radio interviews and would call them after first interview. When I called back and asked for manager they told me the Expedia upgrade was no longer available and that if I wanted to stay in room I would have to book through Expedia. I explained was in a series of interviews but they insisted I book through Expedia to stay in the room I was in. I told the manager I had stayed at this hotel ten times in last year and this was ridiculous. I ended changing my flight and left that night. When I checked out the front desk apologized and told me they would credit me for night. This is second time in two years they have charged me for night I did not stay in their hotel. Management have zero loyalty and they have lost my business. Upgrades are simply an excuse for them to rip you off

It was a pleasure staying in a very comfortable room, very spacious and equipped. The great bonus to our stay was the staff that was always there to help us and greet us with a smile. We expected a bit more diverse breakfast buffet, though. There was an option to order on demand additional meals, which were included in the price, but it was somewhat modest and limited. In the end, it was a lovely home during our stay in Lima.

Could not be better. It was my fourth time at the same Radisson Lima San Isidro. From the extremelly varied breakfast up to the relaxing bedroom, it was an enjoyable time my wife, my daughter and myself had there.

The room is very spacious, no troubles on that side. Climate control is great and I must observe the facilities seem ready for some maintenance and repair. The gym holds a machine which is not as easy to use as one is accustomed to. The staff is great, courteous and very helpful, walks with you to show the right directions and always smiling. Breakfast menu is limited if you do not eat eggs and no alternatives were offered, rendering the buffet somewhat limited.
