The house preserves the individuality of original Peruvian mansions of the 1940’s - holding on to the personality and warmth of a family home. With only six rooms and an intimate atmosphere, the timeless aesthetic is only matched by its charming interior and old-school service - a quiet oasis within a buzzing city.

Atemporal exudes sophistication from the moment you set eyes upon its regal façade. Rooms as well as public spaces like the dining area have just the right amount of décor and objects. Speaking of the dining – the kitchen is open at all hours, with healthy snacks and free waters & beverages at your disposal. Any given morning at Atemporal feels like waking up at a friend’s estate home on a perfect Saturday with plenty to look forward to. The only problem? Summoning the conviction to make it out of your supremely comfortable bed. One motivating factor is that it’s one of the best hotel breakfasts you’ll ever have, served on the backyard patio and often under perfectly temperate conditions.

Hotel's Favorite
Sitting on a quiet corner in Miraflores, surrounded by florals and palm trees sits the lovely, Atemporal. A bed and breakfast with a traditional mansion facade, has quickly become one of our favorite stays. Once you walk through the front door you are greeted by one of the wonderful staff members and whisked away to your room. You will find great satisfaction knowing that you made the right choice by booking a stay here. We stayed in the Grand Room that featured a large bathroom with a stand alone tub, and windows that let in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Perhaps our favorite part of this stay, was just how at home we felt in the space. Moments like our dinner in the backyard or the open air kitchen that has complimentary snacks and wine all day. Whether you’re sitting in the backyard, having breakfast in the kitchen, or lounging in the upstairs nook there’s this sense of solitude and comfort that comes with staying at Atemporal. They’ll forever have a returning customer in us!

We transited Lima to get to Bolivia and sadly fell foul of the political unrest which had closed the border by Lake Titicaca so had to fly Lima/La Paz. However, we very much enjoyed our second visit to Lima where we spent a night and and a half at this small gem of a hotel in the upmarket Miraflores area, It doesn't look like an obvious hotel from the road but we were warmly welcomed after our long day of flying from London via Madrid. We had the room immediately to the right of the entrance on the ground floor and believe we may have been the only clients on the first night. Spacious room with welcome black out curtains which allowed us to sleep very well. Breakfast was served in the small and peaceful patio garden at the rear and got us off to a great start for a day of sightseeing. We discovered the impressive pre-Incan pyramid, Huaca Pucilana, a short walk from the hotel and enjoyed lunch at the nearby Cafe la Paz with our guide. We returned to the hotel to relax and enjoyed the access to tea and coffee as well as complimentary beer or wine and snacks before our departure for the airport at 8.30 pm. A short but very comfortable stay in the lovely Miraflores area of Peru. Official taxi from airport was about £ 13 and took about 45 minutes.

We stayed at a couple of other hotels around Lima, and this was undoubtedly one of our favorites. The hotel is cozy with only 6 rooms and is greatly located next to one of the most important museums in Lima (Huaca Pucllana). The daily breakfast was wonderful and the staff are so helpful.

I stayed at Atemporal with my parents for a few days. From the moment we stepped into this very charming, historic mansion, we had received a warm welcome from one of the staff members, Sergio to check us in. The room we stayed in was spacious for three adults. Every corner was smartly utilized yet stylish. The rest of the home/hotel was equally photogenic and stylish. Breakfast in their gorgeous courtyard served was tasty, hearty and balanced. The staff works hard to please the guests and they are simultaneously professional and friendly. I would come definitely book another stay when I do come back to Lima.

Atemporal, set in the vibrant Miraflores area of Lima, is a beautiful and luxurious boutique hotel which feels like a decadent home away from home. The grand 1940’s Tudor features six rooms and inviting common spaces all designed in a sophisticated and elegant manner. Their award winning design team ensured not one detail was missed and every corner is not only comfortable and usable but alluringly decorated in a stylish manner. We felt instantly welcomed upon entering the cozy and inviting property. The staff were warm and friendly, eager to ensure we felt right at home throughout your stay. We booked two rooms side by side, which were located in the upstairs sector of the stunning casa, which were ideal for those travelling with young children. The beds were the most decadent we’ve experienced with meticulously prepared bedding and gigantic cloud like pillows. The stylish, contemporary decor included an alluring mix of interesting artefacts and beautiful artworks creating a picture perfect homey space. The bathroom of their Grand Room was spacious and indulgent with a deep vintage style bath tub, double showers, and marble accents. Guests have access to the entire house including a cozy indoor lounge, fully stocked, complimentary guest kitchen, and a modern bar area. The highlight was the charming outdoor courtyard incorporating delightful seating areas and an airy and intimate dining area. Adding to the world class stay was a mouthwatering fresh breakfast served each morning and a kitchen area where guests could help themselves to homemade snacks and drinks throughout the day. We felt a sense of calm staying in Atemporal which acted as a serene sanctuary at the heart of the busy city. Although you are close to the sights and scene of Miraflores and San Isidoro, you’ll feel a sense of peace and seclusion upon returning to the sumptuous hotel. We highly recommend this property for those who crave the comforts of a luxury house while travelling and value personalised service and beautiful details that create a unique and unforgettable stay. A perfect choice for families, couples, solo travellers or those who want to host an event and rent the entire house for a stay to remember. A boutique luxury experience at the heart of Peru’s capital city.

This is a small boutique type hotel and what a beautiful place it is. Room, decor and general ambiance is lovely and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also a treat. Initially I thought eating breakfast outside would be cold, but patio heaters solve that issue and the breakfast itself was very tasty in this little oasis away from the bustling city. Thank you to the staff, we loved our stay with you.

I wish I could have stayed for much longer! I had only planned to stay at Atemporal for one night, and the minute I walked through the garden, into the grand entrance, I knew I should have booked more days. Let's start with the aesthetics: I love all things interior design so when staying at a hotel, I love when the interior is unique, clean, and photogenic. This place ticked off every item on that list (don't even get me started on the bathrooms!!!) I honestly felt so pampered while being there, simply because of the decor that surrounded me. Now onto the functionality and features: Atemporal is located in Miraflores, one of the best beautiful (and safe) spots in Lima. I was travelling alone and I felt completely safe to go walk around in the evening (but all I wanted to do was come back to Atemporal and enjoy the space!) I didn't get a chance to do this, but guests are able to use the bicycles, which I thought was adorable. Guests also get a welcome drink upon arrival (from their beautiful bar area). The outdoor back garden is a little hidden paradise filled with a comfy sitting area, a beautiful breakfast dining nook, as well as lush canopy of plants. There are only six rooms in the entire hotel, which makes it a very intimate location - I absolutely loved it. Upstairs, there's a shared complimentary tea and coffee area, which is where I spent a significant amount of my time. The next morning, I had to leave for the airport before breakfast begun, so the staff actually arranged to prepare me a special breakfast before I left (so sweet of them). The next time I am in Lima, I will definitely be coming back to Atemporal!

Visited this boutique hotel during a trip to Peru. Well situated in the Miraflores area. Room was nice and breakfasts were first class served in the area pictured. Staff were friendly and very helpful, with the night manager even walking us to a restaurant he had booked for us. Only reason that it didn’t get 5 stars was one morning there was no hot water for our shower. That notwithstanding, would certainly recommend this property.
