The location of Inti Wasi could not be better. It is on a side street connecting Plaza de Armas with another smaller plaza, Plaza Regocijo. This puts you right in the center of the action and makes walking to everything easy and convenient. It also makes it easy to go out at night and easily walk home. The staff is...

We loved this quaint little place. Great value and staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Helped us find collectivo car (mini van) to Ollyantatambo, hints on safe taxis, confirm flights and print out boarding pass. We ate at a fantastic Trattoria down the hill and near corner of Plaza des Armes ( huge and delicious trout)

I stayed here with my family for 5 nights in April, the entire time we spent in Cusco. The hotel has many good things, others that might make you think twice. Location - Perfect because it is right next to the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. Having been to Cusco on several occasions Ive come to the conclusion you want...

This was a great Hotel with a wonderful breakfast in the morning to start our long days. It was a great location as it was close to restaurants, convenience stores, and to the plaza for great shopping. It is also walking distance to Koricancha where 43 ley lines intersect.

I stayed at Hostal Inti Wasi for 2 days prior to my trek to Machu Picchu and attempted to stay 1 day after my trip. I CANNOT stress how horrible the service and owners are at this hostal. When we first arrived, the staff was very nice. They helped carry our bags up the stairs (no elevator) and offered us...

I spent one night at this hostel and found it to be a great value in a great location. Just off the Plaza de Armas with several restaurants, shops, and churches all within walking distance. The included breakfast in the morning was good too. I appreciated the welcome coca tea from the desk agent. The room was great too with...

Three of us stayed here in May of 2014 Great location and very friendly staff. We arrived very late from Machu Picchu and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful even though we had woken him up from his nights sleep. He couldn't find out reservation but got us a room and told us to just stop back at...

We stayed at the Hostal from July 31-August 3 before we departed for our 4 days Inca trail to Machu Picchu and returned again for another 3 nights before we head home back to Canada. The location is excellent , the room was nice, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Remember to ask for Eggs if you want them for...

We were traveling with teenagers and this was their hands-down favorite place we stayed. The old building has a cool vibe, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and it is just steps off the Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was good--fruit, ham, cheese, breads (a panini press) along with assorted teas, juices, and coffee. The wifi was variable in the...

We expected a bit more from this place from reading reviews and looking at pictures. We found our room in the second floor to be a bit small with very little floorspace (bed occupied pretty much the whole room), but it had a nice overview and french balcony overlooking Plasa de Armas. Shower was just hot enough if you turned...

“There is a bit more noise if you are on the main floor near the front door and desk. Otherwise rooms are clean with comfortable beds.”

“Wi-Fi only works on the 1st floor lobby, not in rooms. There are no rooms on the 1st floor though. I would say book early to guarantee a spot, however it didn't work for us.”

“We love the one facing the Plaza, you can open the window and check out the people . But beware, Peruvians are already up and running at 5am and it could get a little noisy before you're even ready to open your eyes.”
