First: the location. The hotel is right at plaza de armas which is very good especially since you want to walk the minimum in your first few days due to the altitude. The staff was very nice. I had a very bad headache due to the soroche and they were quite helpful. I also used the travel agency inside the...

The location is superb. A minutes walk to Plaza de Armas and Plaza Regocijo. The first room we were in was on the small side, had the windows opened to the courtyard which means you can hear what was happening down at reception & breakfast area. It had a skylight which made the room bright. We were transferred to a...

Great central location in the heart of Cusco. Rooms are very small and can be noisy because the hotel is located just next to Plaza de Armas. The staff was extremely helpful. They stored our suitcases while we were on the 5 day Salkantay Trek.

This hotel is just about 10 steps from the Plaza de Armas in one direction and Plaza Regocijo in the other direction, (where the best restaurants are also located), plus, it has 3 tour offices n front in case you want to compare prices. The hotel itself also tours to offer so you can have all in one. They offer...

- great location. Just off the main square of Plaza de Armes - friendly and helpful staff - they kept our luggage safe while we went to Machu Picchu for a few days. They didn't charge us for this service. - we stayed in rooms 208 & 211. Both nice rooms. Request a room with a French window overlooking outside...

We were recommended this Inn from a guide we met at the airport. The location is superb. The breakfast was very good. Our room was a bit small and facing the plaza Armes with lots of noise and whistling from the police officers. But despite the loved the place. Bed very comfortable and very nice showers with hot water. Would...

First, the breakfast was great! Second, the location is exceptional, you really are in the heart of Cusco. And finally, there was a warm shower - I guess you really do not need much more. But other than that you get what you pay for. The rooms were small, but had all the essentials (including English HBO). If you get...

Despite the great location, my girlfriend and I didn't have a great experience here. First, after confirming an airport pickup through the hotel, we arrived in Cusco and no one was there waiting for us. After about 20 minutes, we gave up and got a taxi. When we got to the hotel and told them about it, the guy at...

A cozy room, hot water, and feather douvets on the beds. A beautiful entrance. The breakfast was good enough. The only small issue is that we had two windows in our room, but the windows overlooked the lobby/entrance inside the hotel. This meant that light came into our room late at night as no curtains covered these windows.

We stayed here for three nights in July and it can be freezing (-1/-2) at night. The hotel provided such comfortable duvets and blankets. Such a cosy night's sleep. The staff are lovely and friendly as well. The courtyard is so welcoming and though they had staff members that were able to assist us through English on check in. Check...
