Quinta San Blas by Ananay Hotels with twenty (20) rooms, this beautiful bohemian hotel located in San Blas neighborhood has a very special flavour. Only four blocks away from the main square of Cusco, few minutes walking distance from there. All rooms have central heating, fantastic head showers to enjoy plenty hot water and free internet access! Very peaceful environment. Fantastic traditional republican architecture with all walls in white and doorframes in deep blue.
Amazing hotel in San Blas. The staff at the front desk were so kind and hospitable. We arrived early so we had to wait a bit for our room but they served us coca tea while we waited. We booked the junior suite and it was spacious and had a huge bed. Rooms were super cute. We also coordinated a private taxi to Ollantaytambo through the hotel. The hotel also has a filtered water system with safe drinking water to avoid plastic bottles. Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommend! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Quinta San Blas!
Lovely small hotel in San Bras - just a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. Staff could not have been more genuine and helpful and the rooms were beautifully presented with extremely comfortable beds.
San Bras is a great place to stay in Cusco, with a large number of good-quality and affordable restaurants.
We spent a couple nights here during a visit to the sacred valley, and we will aways remember the warm welcome we received by the hotel staff. They were generous with giving us a pot of Coca tea, and made lovely bagged breakfasts for us since our tours left super early in the morning. We did get a chance to eat the regular hotel breakfast on our last day there, and it was superb! The rooms here are cute and clean, and we appreciated having RO filtered water in room and in the lobby courtyard. Only drawback was noise from outside the rooms (rain drainage, guests coming and going), so light sleepers might consider ear plugs. The location of this hotel is great, just steps from the main square and lots of great restaurants. All-around a fantastic value, and excellent customer service.

This Hotel is in a great location. It's a short walk to one of Cusco's favourite restaurants and there are some great bars nearby. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is great. There are stairs and no lift but always someone willing to carry your bags. We had our laundry done at a place a few doors down. So cheap and quick!!

We can’t thank the front desk staff enough for being so helpful during our stay. We firstly arrived on the wrong night and they kindly drew up a map, and phoned an activity for us to say we would be late. They also stored our bags between trips. We stayed in two different rooms - the upstairs courtyard room was nicer if you can get one of these (although all rooms are lovely).

Very pleasant hotel in some ways, worrisome in others Quinta San Blas sits on the narrowest of streets in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Room 301 on top floor, at the back of the courtyard, was spacious, modern and marvelously quiet. It’s a delightfully quiet refuge. As others have noted, front desk staff (esp. Henry) is courteous, attentive and helpful. However, there were downsides: - nowhere to sit besides the bed or a small rattan chair - not one iota of decoration besides a small nondescript photo - grossly deficient lack of baggage space - tiny, poorly arranged shelving on bedsides - bizarrely placed light switches having minimal relation to the actual lights and no room for cell phone, book, etc. - seriously unsafe shower: no slip guard(s) on slippery tile floor, a 1” diameter knob to open the glass door from inside. - coffee maker is said to be broken, hence lousy powered coffee is the sole option. Another major safety defect: the transitions between wooden staircases and gray concrete landings, which jut out at irregular angles, are entirely unmarked. What a invitation to a slip-and-fall. We like this hotel, its location and staff, but does it ever need some safety, lighting and storage upgrades.…

We love this little hotel and this cute area of Cusco. About a 20m $20 taxi ride from the airport. It feels like the most charming part of the city! Very friendly, clean and well appointed. A few tips: with the charm comes cool temps, so plan accordingly. Also there is a sign requesting not to flush tp, that wasn’t a big deal for us to dispose in the trash.

It's a quaint hotel, with a variety of rooms of differing standards. We stayed 2 nights before our trek, left our luggage and returned for another 2 nights. Our second room was much more spacious, quiet and airy than the first. We appreciated the availability of filtered water and tea, and the helpfulness of the reception staff (booking taxis, advising on restaurants, liaising over travel arrangements). The breakfast was fine for us - avocado, cheese, fruit, bread, and there were hot options available.

We spent in total four nights at Quinta San Blas, including a short break to Machu Picchu during which we could store our luggage at the hotel. The neighbourhood is the nicest in Cusco and just a short walk to Plaza de Armas. The staff is friendly and professional. We opted once for a small room and for a suite, and both were lovely. Super comfy beds and the suite felt like home. The breakfast is average as in most Peruvian hotels (from a non-objective European perspective), but the hotel offers free drinking water and tea all day as well. We would surely come back and didn’t see any nicer hotel with the same price-quality ratio during our stay in Cusco. Strongly recommended!!

The front desk was very nice and accommodating. I moved rooms after the first night. The rooms in the hotel do not block the noise from the courtyard very well and there are people leaving and arriving at nearly all hours of the day. My second room towards the back of the hotel was much quieter and was also more spacious. The Wifi connection in the second room was also much much better.
