Although this lodge is not near much of anything, that is part of its charm. It sits down a dirt road on the banks of the river, but has everything you need. Their 1 restaurant offers 3 delicious meals a day, many with local ingredients, while overlooking the river in a tastefully decorated building. The restaurant staff is very friendly... More

This simple inn is quiet, tastefully furnished, beautifully situated, peaceful ... and highly toxic! The day we arrived they had recently sprayed for ants. Every room reeked of ant poison. The room we had been assigned had no operable windows and no cross ventilation. The reception people responded to my complaints as best they could, moving us to a room... More

This lodge is really quite nice! It is simple, and the staff are fabulous, they will give you whatever you need. There is no television or telephone, which was great. The river is right there and the grounds are very nicely landscaped. We only stayed one night, I'm not sure what all there would be to do in the area,... More

This property was not listed on Trip Advisor, so we took a chance and were very pleasantly surprised. The location is really pretty. It is right on the Urubamba river, which is a rushing white water river cutting through the valley. You can hear the river as you go to sleep at night. Which I like, soothing. It has really... More
