I stayed at this hotel with my family for 6 days. Beautiful hotel located 3 blocks from Plaza de San Blas and about 6 blocks from Plaza de Armas. It is a house in a narrow street, like many little streets in Cusco, with two patios with garden to enjoy the sun, colonial benches, a water well that must be more than 100 years old and with a very nice colonial architecture. Very quiet and with a very friendly staff, willing to help you at all times. They always have thermoses with hot water to make teas and coke mate to fight altitude sickness. The breakfast buffet is great!!, with a variety of hot and cold meals, including fresh fruits, natural juices, huaro bread, quinoa, yogurt, coffee, tea, eggs, vegetables and other Andean foods. Delicious and nutritious, especially if traveling with children. The room was very comfortable, with private bathroom, hot water and even have a heater that we never had to turn on because the blankets were enough. The most beautiful thing is that we had the opportunity to participate in an Offering to the Land in one of the courtyards 💛. Ah, they also have a beautiful restaurant that looks like a colonial museum on original paintings and reproductions, as well as architecture that makes you feel like you are in another time. His name is Artisan. Ask, because it's worth going! It is a highly recommended hotel, if you want in quiet and family place!

It was a very cozy room and the bedding was nice and warm for the cold nights because of the wool blankets included in the sheets. The breakfast was buffet-style with a variety of dishes to choose from and was super tasty. The hotel also has coca tea that is meant to help with altitude sickness which helped out tremendously. The staff’s attention was excellent and friendly throughout our stay. A bonus, the hotel was a short 10 min walk to the main square. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Inkarri is a very charming hotel and in a good location close to the main square. Although it feels a bit like a "hole in the wall" when you arrive, once you're inside, you'll appreciate the two courtyards on the property. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although we'd recommend avoiding #110 if you can (it has no view and is noisy at night, so we had to move) and consider upgrading to the superior rooms as they are more spacious and much quieter! Both Joel and Abraham were extremely helpful in making us feel comfortable and went the extra mile, so a huge shout out to both of them!
As others have mentioned, the sidewalks are extremely narrow in the area. If you're going to the main square, take the long way to minimize the time spent on these extremely narrow sidewalks

This hotel definitely does not deserve 3 stars. The photos on the website are false. The wifi does not work in the rooms and jumps once in two even at the reception. The hotel is also very noisy as to enter we have to ring the front doorbell. The doorbell is unfortunately very disturbing and is used throughout the night. The hotel should give guests a code so as not to wake up the entire hotel. The shower is also very uncomfortable. Hot water is scarce and room services are minimal. A 3-star hotel should at least have a hand soap. For this price, you can find much better in the beautiful city that is Cusco.

The rooms are not well insulated. You can't come in without using a little bell that wakes people up in the middle of the night. The hotel should provide access for guests, without it having to ring. Moreover, wifi only works once in four, which is not normal for a hotel with 3 stars. There are also no hand soaps and the only things available for hygiene are to be reviewed. The rooms are rather dirty, the floor has a neglected appearance. If you cannot sleep with light, do not come to this hotel. We woke up at 6am with the sunrise. For a 2-star hotel, at the limit. But for a 3-star hotel, this is not normal.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a one star review on Trip Advisor, and I have written them from time to time over twelve years or so.
Stay very far from this hotel. During the day it seems innocuous other than a few inconveniences (Wi-Fi doesn’t work in room, bedside tables had no where to be plugged in where they could stay on the bedside tables, no daylight in room, only cold water in the sink, location more than 1 km from the Plaza des Armas, etc).
However, at night this place turns into a very loud bar/club in the open central courtyard. Rooms are arrayed on two floors around the bar. Music begins around 7 pm and prevents sleep until late into the night. I even had earplugs. There are no “good” rooms—only less terrible ones.
Our first room had a sliver of a window that overlooked the club. A large speaker on a stand was adjacent to it, as was a table for patrons. Hell on earth for this traveler.
Never have I asked to have my room changed, but after much begging they moved us to a second floor room. This room has bedside lamps that plug in, still cold water in the sink, a beautiful view, Wi-Fi and club music at a somewhat lower volume. Less awful.
This morning we are on our way to Machu Picchu at 5 am. The hotel failed to pack us breakfast. So, we are on our way to what should have been the highlight of our trip sleep-deprived and with empty stomachs. We are traveling with a group and have been together for two weeks. Everyone is appalled that Exoticca would put us in these accommodations.
Anyway, I hope I can help one person avoid this experience at a destination that should be rather magical.

First of all!! Excellent service from all staff, 24 hours a day, they are willing to address any concerns. It has been the hotel in which I have felt most comfortable. The room was also spacious and comfortable, we did not feel cold during the night, the room was warm, we comfortably passed 3 degrees at night. The cleanliness and order of the hotel is notable, they have infusions available all the time which I thought was a great detail considering the cold of the street when you come to rest at the end of the day, it is excellent.

I really do not recommend this hotel. Although the location is not too bad in the city, it is in a very dangerous alley where you don't feel safe walking on the sidewalk. In addition, the hotel is very, very poorly soundproofed, which means that from 6 a.m. you are woken up by people getting up early, you hear people talking in the corridors and the sound of suitcases. We have the impression that someone is knocking on our door when it is 5 doors next door that someone is knocking on the door. All afternoon and until ~10 p.m. there is music in the patio, so obviously in the rooms since we hear everything so it's impossible to rest. The breakfast is really very (too) simple and not very qualitative. It’s a real shame because the place is super beautiful, the rooms very clean, large bathroom and very nice staff. But to escape all the same. We came as a family and everyone is unanimous in their opinion.

We had a 6 night stay at Inkarri and it was perfect. Despite our lack of knowledge of the language, the welcome was warm and friendly (especially with Joël); tea available at reception, two welcoming and tastefully decorated interior courtyards where you can have a drink, eat, relax... Beautiful rooms with very comfortable bedding (which is super important to us). We recommend 100%

Room was as described. Nice decor in the courtyard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fine. The hotel is located in a quiet side street. Plaza de Armas (city center) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
