This hotel has gone downhill. I stayed here for four nights. Every night there were parties going on in the other rooms, music, yelling, shouting, and actual disco lights coming from inside one of the rooms. Very difficult to sleep, with some nights the noise going until 3-4am. I complained numerous times but it didn't change anything. Not a good... More

Casablanca was a fine choice for us for Cuzco. The staff were responsive most of the time, although somewhat slow at times (their English leaves a bit to be desired - we did our best with Spanish). The rooms were somewhat basic but clean and adequate. The location is convenient - about a 10 min walk to the Plaza de... More

This hotel is certainly not fancy but acceptable for the money. Rooms were dark, but pretty large and hot water was good. Located on a busy road, but close to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awful, after the first time we didn't ask for it again. The main complaint though was the noise from the second floor.... More

Really enjoyed staying here. Writing review a year later but had to mention what a great stay I had here. Center of town and the owners couldn't be nicer or more helpful with everything. If I come back I will definitely stay here again. Location makes you feel like a local and not situated in the tourist square

This place was fantastic. Very close to everything I needed in Cusco, including great restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. Sometimes coming home late at night, I'd have to ring the two doorbells outside the wooden doors (which were only shut after 10:30-11pm), but that usually roused someone within a few minutes. Juan Carlos and Juan Luna were very welcoming, helping... More

The hotel is fine and I had a nice room for what I paid - Single room has no windows and there was little room to move but as I was put trekking all day the days I was there I only slept. Bed and bathroom were cleaned daily and were clean. Good hot running water in shower and Internet... More

We stayed at Hotel Casablanca for nine days while in Cusco. Everyone is very helpful, the rooms are nice, a good budget hotel. Rocio is a gem in helping out where to go and places to find off the beaten path. They accommodated room downsizing from two twin beds to a single bed room when my granddaughter went on a... More

Cusco is an awesome experience. There are a lot of reasonable hotels in the city, and many are well located to the city center. Hotel Casablanca is one of these hotels, very reasonably priced, offering a nice breakfast and super friendly service. Having Rocio available to speak with and make plans for touring around and getting to Machu Picchu was... More

We stayed in Casablanca on 3 occasions-before and after the inca trail and Puerto Maldonado. They let us check in early after a 6am flight from Lima which was very much appreciated, kept our bags whilst we did the inca trail & happily ordered taxis to and from the airport. The rooms were large and clean. We never had any... More

Once you meet Rocio and her father Juan you will know why most give this hotel an outstanding review. Service is great they can and will arrange any trips/bus rides and give advice what to get for those excursions, the Boleto Turistico Del Cusco was great to use since it had most of the places I wanted to tour while...
