Exactly what we needed in Cusco, great location. Very friendly and helpful, including when plans had to change due to strikes. Roxana and all of the doormen were great and made us feel welcome. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Cusco.

I stayed Munay Wasi Inn for about four nights and the warm hospitality that I revived made it a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the location was perfect, close to everything. I hope to stay here again in the future :)

I stayed at the Munay Wasi Inn in Cusco for a total of 5 nights - before and after a trek on the Salkantay Trail with friends. I can recommend this hotel without reservation: it is perfectly located about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Cusco and, despite being on a fairly busy road, the interior is peaceful/calm and no traffic noise can be heard in either the bedrooms (I stayed in two rooms) or the main foyer. A little road noise can be heard in the restaurant but it is not intrusive. The bedrooms are clean, spacious and cozy, and the beds very comfortable. Shower/toilet facilities are spotless. Restaurant food and breakfast excellent. But, by far, the best thing about the Munay Wasi Inn is the staff. Without exception, they are all very professional, friendly and helpful. I wanted a comfortable, clean, quiet hotel with a good bed and helpful friendly staff. Munay Wasi Inn provides all of that and a good location in Cusco. I can highly recommend Munay Wasi Inn without reservation.

If you wish to find an outstanding hotel in Cusco with superior value, stay in Munay Wasi Inn. I traveled around the globe for almost 20 years and when I found a valuable gem -- I knew it! Their staff are well trained and will go out of their way to help customers. They have a most wonderful Manager, Liz, who speaks fluent English, kind, patient, competent and helpful. I stayed in this hotel several days and I enjoyed every day of my stay. As a traveler from the US, I had special need for Spanish translation into English and she went out of her way to help me, to which I was grateful. The room is comfortable and cozy. The courtyard decoration is a delight. Cusco is very cold, our room has radiation heat; but they even brought us an electrical heater, just in case. Which other Peru hotel will provide such kind services. The location is good and taxi services are cheap. One can reach all areas with ease. Buffet breakfast is great! I was recommended for a few best dinner restaurants in Cusco by my tour guide. But I found out that the best restaurant in Cusco is the one in this hotel. They have a superior chef who has prepared a great dinner menu. There is no need to venture outside, particularly when it is so cold at night. All in all this is one of the best hotels I have ever come across. You will be very happy to stay here!…

Munay Wasi Inn was fantastic. The staff were very professional and friendly. They did their best to accommodate me and my family amidst a multi day tour of Cusco, Machu Picchu, and various other locations. I absolutely recommend this hotel to any visitors.

From a gorgeous entrance, to a beautifully decorated interior, from location (only a few minutes walk form the town square) to an amazingly friendly and helpful staff…. this place is outstanding. We only spent one night but it was memorable. We were welcomed from the get go and made to feel at home throughout. Rooms are large enough, comfortable, clean bathrooms (though not very well ventilated), cozy beds. They have a massive restaurant on the 2nd floor. Our breakfast was included, and started at 5am… which is great for people catching an early flight. Good health food selection. Custom eggs. They use WhatsApp at the front desk. I needed to print a bunch of documents (COVID-related tests/attestation forms etc.) and all I had to do was send them to the front desk on WhatsApp and they were printed for me - no hassle. I highly highly recommend this hotel as it is likely to be less expensive than the one ones right next to the town square, but who wouldn’t wan’t to walk the picturesque vintage streets of Cusco.…

The location was in the historic centre of Cusco so great for walking to all the sites and restaurants. The staff were very helpful, gracious and attentive. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean . The buffet was generous with a good varied selection of breakfast choices Thank you for a great stay we really enjoyed it !
