All employees I met during my stay were kind and gente. They even went beyond their obligations and waited for me for breakfast; I was going to miss it because my tour the day before ended too late and I was not going to "catch" my breakfast but they called to tell me that they would wait for me.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. We loved the architecture of it. The rooms are big and have rustic design. If you feel cold, there are heaters in the rooms and you can ask for more. People working there are really friendly and helpful. We were really pleased with the service and we recommend the hotel highly!

Rooms are quite classic with a lot of wood but very comfortable. Nothing too fancy but everything you need and everything works fine. The main star of the hotel is the staff; very friendly and helpful - they even helped us with our luggage when the street was closed and the van could only get till the main square. Especially Alejandro was great.

Hotel is situated near the main sqare where all the restaurants and shops are. Breakfast with lots of chices, room comfortable, clean. Everything is near, walking distance- museums, art district... You can leave your luggage in the storage when leaving to visit Machupicchu. We asked if we could get the same room when we return and the luggage was waiting for us in the room. Excellent hotel, excellent staff
