Stayed in this hotel as part of a tour package, so I did not select it myself and probably wouldn't have done, but El Puma was adequate for our needs prior to and after trekking the Inca Trail. We stayed in two different rooms, both similar, with twin beds and windows looking across into other rooms rather than outside (a...

The front desk staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable with plenty of hot water, even if the carpet was a little old. Breakfast was great though! Good bargain for the price. We stayed only one night, and it was just fine.

Stayed here 3 nights. Location is ok, not far from the main square and other attractions including a pretty cheap handicraft market , convenient store and pharmacies . Breakfast was ok as we didn't eat much in Cusco due altitude sickness . Rooms were too small and dark, the heater didn't work and neither did hot water one night. I...

We stayed here as part of a pre booked tour. 4 nights in total. I'll start with the good - the location is close enough to the centre of Cuzco. About a 20 min walk to the main square. Now for the rest - the staff were unhelpful and rude. Did not speak a work of English. Breakfast was awful....

Stayed here for 3 nights and can't really complain. The room was small but sufficient. The bathroom was clean but every time you showered, there was a lake of water on the floor. The majority of the staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. The hotel is located close to the center of the city and we were able...

Well, I was very interested on staying here and just called to ask information about the hotel and rooms and talked to a guy that sounded like he had just woke up, answered the phone with an "alo" and after I finished and said "thank you" hung up on me. Definitely not booking a room here, was very dissapointing for...

We stayed at the Puma Hotel prior to our Inca trek. Like I mentioned in the title, we didn't have much of a choice with regards to our stay here and we were disappointed because we had to sleep in different twin beds since they only had a few doubles. Our room was dark, but we were able to take...

We stayed for one night due to an airline delay. Check in was slow, but part of that is the Peruvian visa requirements. The front desk staff spoke effective English, but not particularly welcoming. The room was clean. The beds were a bit soft. Plentiful hot water for showers. We had a road-facing room which was slightly noisy. The space...
