This hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The morning breakfast was plentiful . It was 47 steps up to our room. The climb just about killed us the first time but everyday it got better. The staff was friendly and always said hello. This was a convenient place to stay in Cusco. I would... More

Dear Jdcoach: Thanks for staying with us. We are glad you enjoy our service and location. Since our hotel is part of the Historic Center of Cusco, we are not allowed to build an elevator. Best regards from Cusco! More

We stayed here two different nights before and after our trip to Macchu Pichu. The included breakfast was really good - scrambled eggs, good variety. The rooms are very bare bones and kind of loud. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator - at this elevation that can be an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Dear Brenna: Thanks for your comment. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at Sueños del Inka. We do not have an elevator because we are a colonial house and we can not do structural changes in the building. Best regards!! More

We had issues getting into Cuzco on time... like 24 hours of issues. The staff at Suenos Del Inka was there for us, they didn't skip a beat with us still needing a taxi, nor the fact we were arriving a day late. After 24 of stressful delays (and lost luggage) it was so relieving to see our name on... More

Arrived here by recommendation before heading out to Machupiccu. Charged 110.00 US dollars, asked if credit cards were accepted and when we went to pay, we were told that a charge of 10% more would be added for using a credit card. We were told that was the standard in Cusco using credit cards. the next day we walked around... More

I just came in and got with the surprise that was given a room in the 5th floor. They lied telling me that this was assigned before and was informed to the travel agency, while I saw them assigning the rooms in front of me! I am trying to move somewhere else.

This hotel is conveniently located just a couple blocks away from the main square where all the restaurants and shops are. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean. The breakfast buffet offered has a nice variety including: cereal, toast, bread rolls, yogurt, juices, tea, coffee and scrambled eggs. Most tours begin early in the morning... More

Stayed here 3 nights - 1 night prior to Machu Picchu hike and 2 nights after. Hotel is in a great location - just a couple blocks away from main shops/restaurants. The rooms are very basic, nothing to write home about, kind of noisy. Really good water pressure in the showers though. The water was off on the one night... More

Only problem I had was that like other hotels in Cusco they do not have elevator. I had 3rd floor room and I had to rest on each floor to get to my room. Very convenient place (5 minutes to plaza) good hot shower, good breakfast included, average amenity such as shampoo and dryer, etc. Staff are very kind and... More
