This was my first visit in South America and I was traveling alone with no idea what to expect. My tour company, Cusco Travel, recommended this hotel. It was everything I could've hoped for and more! I was greeted promptly with a cup of coca tea to help with any altitude sickness. There are several tea stations (offering other selections... More

We are from Florida and weren't prepared for the high altitudes of Cusco, but we found this hotel to be comfortable and interesting to us. There were lots of rooms and plenty of families from around the world staying in the hotel, and the architecture was interesting to me. The staff told us that this hotel used to be a... More

I stayed here 2 nights and found the hotel staff to be very friendly, room was clean with comfortable bed. Hot water was no problem. Breakfast the first day was very good. My only complaint was that on my last morning no hot food was out at 7am. I had an 8:30 flight and asked at the front desk if... More

Spent 3 nights in 2 different rooms, in 2nd and 3rd floor, both in the back of the hotel, without a view. But we were satisfied, as everything was working well, including wifi in the rooms, that I'm using right now. Rooms are spacious, clean, with safe, bathroom is functional and working well. The staff was helpful and carried our... More

Our room had a cute balcony and was significantly larger than the room upstairs that my parents had. Bathrooms were nice, hot showers are always good! It's close to everything in Cusco which is great, but makes for a noisy night. All in all , the people were friendly, the room was great and I really enjoyed my stay

Great location, 3rd floor provides beautiful view of the city but there is no elevator so if you have trouble climbing suggest asking for a first floor room but you still have some steps to go up.Dining area has an elaborate banister.

The hotel was close to centre of Cuzco. The room was a little narrow, and there was no lift - we had problems with some altitude desease, so the staircase became a challenge. The staff was very service-minded.

Front desk staff were helpful, room clean and comfortable. The main problem was that we were on the 2nd floor (actually the 3rd) and there's no lift. For people not used to being at altitude just getting to the room requires a lot of effort - stops en route to catch your breath. Breakfast was OK but fruit juices were... More

We stayed here for three days and have to say that this place had great local character.
