This hotel is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk to the main plaza/square. We felt very safe walking around Cusco to and from the hotel even though there were narrow roads and alleys. We stayed here for 3 nights before our trip to Machu Picchu and then 2 nights afterwards. The first room had a connecting door to another room.... More

This was my second trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu, the last occurring some 13 years earlier. The hotel is one of a chain of hotels present in major cities and destinations throughout Peru. The location is great, a few blocks from the Plaza of Arms, adequate WiFi and helpful staff. The hotel is old and charming in style. The breakfast... More

We stayed 2 nights at the start of our tour and another night after returning from Machu Picchu and both times had nice, quiet rooms near the back of the hotel. As it's slightly laid back from a busy road it could be noisy near the front. It's a lovely old building with thick outer walls and close to the... More

The hotel is either an old mansion or a monastery, with a lot of character. We loved it, even though we had to climb 3 sets of stairs to get to the room. The hotel free wifi actually worked well (better than at some US hotels, in fact). Free breakfast was most excellent - with traditional and Peruvian dishes. The... More

This hotel is situated near all the tourist stops in town. Cannot beat it. Rooms are small. New York small. But get out and explore. Staff is great. The hotel itself is a combination of older buildings that frame a courtyard. The rooms are not well sound insulated. I could hear my neighbors every word. Luckily I did not understand... More

This was a cute place to stay in cusco. It is within a few minutes walk to the plaza. The staff was very good, helping with everything we asked. We were worried about early am noise waking us but they were so great they offered us not one but two other rooms to choose from to ensure we were happy.... More

We spent two nights at Casa Andina Private Collection prior to going to Aguas Caliente to spend the evening before our Machu Picchu tour. We then returned to Casa Andina Private Collection that evening. The hotel keep our bags for us during our overnight in Aguas Caliente. You can take only a limited amount of materials onto the Peru-Rail train.... More

A wonderful hotel - situated in a good neighborhood to walk around. This is a beautiful colonial hotel with a friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast included and wi-fi as well. We stayed there both before and after our Machu Picchu visit and it was a great way to adapt to the altitude. Our room was on the 2nd floor and... More

Our hotel close to the Santo Domingo Church is part of a chain of hotels in Cusco, Peru. It is a small colonial hotel with two courtyards in the middle of the hotel. Our hotel room with 2 comfortable double beds was functional and smaller than a standard hotel room with a big washroom. As we were on the ground... More
