This hotel was terribly disappointing. First of all, we had terrible problems getting our reservation changed when we had a change in travel plans due to their poor customer service. Many times, when trying to call the hotel to speak with someone, there was no answer!! Also, they told us once they had a "reservations specialist" we had to talk...

We recently stayed at this hotel and we were very happy with the location. Easy to walk to the square as well as many shops. The rooms were very comfortable and their food was really tasty. We were part of a tour and they provided a buffet before we left for Machu Picchu with many things to enjoy. They also...

What lovely people there are at this hotel looking after you. Very interesting hotel, great decor, most comfortable rooms. Yes, the water was not working this morning and it was all a little chaotic but that is travel. I felt very comfortable here, if a little breathless getting used to the altitude. Thanks to the always smilimg staff.

A wonderful experience in this old colonial building. Bedrooms surrounding several open courtyards. We stayed in total for six nights (3 and 3). Breakfasts were very good. Small but well stocked bar plus lounge area. The rooms in the oldest part, above reception and bar were excellent, very large with high ceilings. Plenty of art work and antiques dotted around...

Let me start by saying that I've read a few of the very negative comments and understand it's not nice when things don't go the way you've planned while travelling but you need to provide constructive, realistic criticism. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel (and will be heading back there after our visit to Sacred Valley and Machu...

I found the staff very responsive to our needs and always available with a smile. The hotel is very clean and the filled with architectural and decorative gems. The location was walking distance everywhere. I highly recommend this facility.

This hotel was reasonably well located. Nice common areas and rooms. The breakfast buffet was good and was included in our package although we were not made aware of that upon arrival. Staff was friendly and generally helpful. It caters to package tour groups so the lobby can be very crowded at times.

Finishing up a 4 day stay in this excellent property. It's an 18th century hacienda that still retains that era's charm. Some of the original architecture and artifacts are visible.
