The hotel is quiet, with multiple courtyards. It maintains the Casa Andina Private Collection provision of breakfast and the Internet Center. Breakfast is not on par with the sister hotel in Miraflores. The hotel is around the corner from Santo Domingo, and its museum, and is four blocks from the Plaza de Armas, making it very convenient.

Went with the girlfriend from CAN, being me a Peruvian, from day one service attitude and quality of the whole place was great. People are eager to help with anything. Rooms were great, recommend the junior suite. Close to the main square (5 blocks) good distance for almost anything, location is very nice. In short, a good bang for the... More

Excellent hotel and staff. Very warm attentions. Some difficulties to reach the hotel with a private car, but staff helped to find a garage nearby. Would be nice to have free wifi not only in the lobby and restaurant.

Booked the hotel and was surprised to find it very comfortable and the staff gracious, friendly and always helpful. We booked two reservations, one before our Andean trek and one for afterwards. Upon our return from the five day trek we were exhausted and were delighted to discover that the hotel staff had anticipated our return and had used our... More

The hotel is in an historical building. So beautiful! Only a few blocks from Plaza de Armas. Bedrooms are so cozy and the cleaning staff is very efficient. The breakfast is amazing. Many options for people who have food allergies or intolerances. I recommend it for couples.

Stayed here with my daughter for 4 days after a visit to Machu Picchu. The staff is amazing, friendly, and willing to help with everything. Stayed in the hotel for three nights. Location wise it was fantastic as it was within easy walking distance of central Cuzco. Had a room with a king size bed which was comfortable. Old quaint hotel, lighting can be better in living and bedroom, old period furniture and beautiful paintings. Stayed away from Room 304 suite. Spacious separate bedroom living areas but loud television late at night from non hotel residence above the room is VERY disruptive. Hotel does not have solution since this is out of their control. Good value if noise... More
