Nice place to stay in Cusco city. Comfortable (warm) rooms and the staff… simply awesome. Extremely kind and service minded. It’s a beautiful old colonial house renewed as a hotel. Restaurant and bar, confortable common areas, an ATM in house and some shops (Alpaca clothes and o outdoors jackets) Breakfast is Okay and it’s location very close to the city centre (Plaza) is great as well. Have to say that the altitude affected us the first day (about 3400 masl), there for would like to try if available the same hotel chain but in the Sacred Valley, much lower and still well located for exploring Cusco and it’s marvels.

Hello, WilliS166 Thank you for sharing your comments on TripAdvisor. It was a taste received in our hotel Casa Andina Premium Premium Cusco I agree that Hayas has an excellent stadium and that our facilities have met their expectations. Anyway, at least I didn't come down without explaining myself first. How to deal with. For other guys, please rate your comments regarding our team. It is a great satisfaction for us to meet a group of people who can make powder at home. Hope you can receive it again. Greetings, Jimmy Robles Hotel manager

Of course when we first arrived it seemed as though we would be treated well and with respect. Unfortunately as time passed, the employees showed their true colors. On multiple occasions, we felt patronized and felt as though employees were indifferent to our needs. They seemed concerned about our spending with van rides when in reality they just didn’t want to do the work. The last straw was the day of our leave. We finally did have the van booked for a ride to the airport. As Valerio and another employee packed the van, I overheard the other employee make a comment about women overpacking and making them do all the work. As an customer, you can only imagine how disrespected we felt upon hearing that comment, especially from a hotel employee who we had already tipped 50 soles for his assistance. If you do not like the work, maybe you should find another job, sir. Additionally, upon asking Valerio for the other employees name, he pretended he was a new employee and couldn’t remember his name. You could tell he was nervous and tried to apologize, but the damage was done.

Really nice and clean hotel. We opted for the breakfast package and they really cater to tourists by opening it up at 5 am before everyone heads off to their day trips. One day we had a 4:30 am pick-up and they were nice enough to pack us a “takeaway” breakfast box. The rooms were super clean and newly renovated. They all surround two courtyards which is nice. Only negative is that sometimes you can hear other guest walking outside your room since the rooms are next to the courtyards. Very close walking distance to the main square and shops and restaurants.

The room was everything anyone could want, comfortable bed, very large TV, great Wifi, hot water in the shower. However, the noise from the courtyard did carry into the room, and staff working early didn't seem to know how noisy and disturbing their voices were. On the extras-plus side, the hotel provided 2 pairs of disposable slippers in the room, and the provided buffet breakfast was exceptional, one of the best we've encountered. The restaurant was excellent too.

Our party of 10 all stayed for several nights. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel offered beautiful, comfortable rooms for a very reasonable price. You can't beat the location located only a few minutes from the main square in Cusco. Breakfast which was included in the price was delicious with a full offering of warm dishes, pastries, fruit and assorted beverages. Highly recommend!
