We stayed two nights in a standard room. The room was fine, but it was close to the front area so it was very loud. You could hear every person that came in and walked past. It kept us up all night. We came back and stayed one night in a junior suite and the room was wonderful. Also it was toward the back of the hotel so we had no issues with noise. The internet is quite slow and we got disconnected often. The staff was very helpful though. They even arranged for us to get a boxed breakfast one morning when we had to leave before the kitchen opened. I would definitely recommend the hotel, if you can get a room away from the main hallway/staff rooms.

The hotel itself is a beautiful building bursting with character and history. The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful. When we returned after a long day the hot water was not working. Even though they fixed the problem in 5 minutes we were offered an upgraded room at no extra cost. We would definitely return when we come back to Cusco.

The hotel is nice and located in the centers area. I would have loved to come back but after experiencing issues with how the Front desk handle the nosey room that kept me up for 1am - 3am after 3 calls - nothing was done. I had a hike that early morning and couldn’t get the rest that was needed. Nothing was address nor management reach back out to me after asked repeatedly to contact me back.

Stayed there for a few days in Jan 2020. Professional staff that helped answer your questions. Nice room and facilities. Good restaurant with very nice breakfast. Other meals were also tasty. Location is too a certain extend quite convenient, just a short distance to the key Plaza del Armas.

Overall the service, food, room, everything fantastic. I stayed there when I was getting back home (Covid situation), and from the outside, you will never properly assess the place. Once I got inside the hotel, you realize that your expectations were too low
