The hotel looks lovely, great scenery and incredible staff. The only reason I am unable to give it 5 stars is because of a few issues such as brown water coming out of the shower (on one occasion), and key cards not working and having to get them fixed daily. But the hotel is beautiful and in a brilliant location.
Lovely room, although very small window with view over hotel roof - but understandable due to the design of the building and didn't affect our stay. This hotel is great - room decor good standard, pleasantly designed and very clean. Beds really comfy and pillows nice. The hotel itself has a restaurant which does good meals and breakfast is fantastic, so nicely presented. Very hygienic - very fresh and no flies around food. Staff really make this hotel stand out, they look after you and are so polite and helpful. We had a problem with our laundry which was a service provided by the hotel. We raised a complaint with the staff at front desk and they managed the situation very professionally. We were compensated and felt that really cared about rectifying the problem. The location is right in the heart of Cusco so great for accessing shops and restaurants in less than 5 -10 min walk to main square. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet with carefully planned sitting areas filled with local art and plants to relax and get away from the crowds.…
We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing, they had room service (and oxygen on demand if the altitude is too much)! 10/10. Also would recommend drinks in the bar and enjoying the complimentary coca tea!
This is an excellent hotel in Cusco. A few blocks from the plaza, old building with a lot of charm. Staff went out of their way to assist us, very friendly. The restaurant was great! Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices for vegans. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
This is a very nice hotel! Colonial house very well taken for, very clean an with a very nice and attentions staff, always ready to accommodate you! Although the city center of Cusco has very narrow roads, this hotel is located on a square that is great for pick up and drop off.
My partner and I went to visit my youngest daughter and her family at Lina, Peru. We decided to go to Cusco. We visited Machupichu, Rainbow mountain and many others extraordinary places. We stayed at Casa Andina Premium Cusco. I highly recommend it. I loved our room. The service was also good. Our breakfast were included and delicious. I felt that everyone was willing to please, serve and make us happier. Not doubt that Casa Andina is a high quality hotel that you would enjoy it!!
Casa Adina Premium Cusco Good location-10 min walk to Plaza de Armas. There is a place in front to have your transportation drop you off. Bellman were on the spot! Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and breakfast buffet is good - rolls are yummy and cooked to order omelets are included. Very clean hotel with ATM on site. Hotel is about 25 min drive from the Poroy train station. There are numerous small shops in the area that do 2 hour laundry- one is immediately adjacent to the hotel. Helpful! We visited in July and the weather in the morning was mid-high 40s and high 50s by mid day. It sounds cold, but during the day I needed only a light jacket as the sun is very hot. If you have time I VERY MUCH recommend a meal at Morena Peruvian Kitchen - not only very cute, but excellent service, and amazingly yummy food. Try to get a reservation as it is popular. We had to wait about 20-30 min during the lunch hour to get a table. There is also Starbucks in the Plaza if you miss your caffeine fix. Lots of opportunities to hire guides but we already had ours lined up through our tour company.…
We spent three nights here, we had a lovely clean spacious room and the breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. I had a good treatment in the spa. The hotel is situated in a good area and is a ten/fifteen minute walk to the main square. Nice hotel for a stay in Cusco and good value.
Great modern hotel near the city center. We stayed there 3 nights before our hiking trip and 1 night after we came back from Machu Picchu. The room is modern and clean. The only complaint we have is the first room we stayed (#211) had a very low water pressure in the shower. I noticed the water pressure is low when it’s set to hot. Water pressure is fine otherwise, but who wants to take a cold shower? We had a different room also on the second floor, after we came back and shower was great, no issues. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and you can sit indoor or outdoor. The location was central, 5 min walk to the Plaza de Armas. Check in took a little longer than expected. Maybe because we didn’t upload the doc prior to the arrival day. We completed the form before the second check-in and it only took 10 mins before we got the room keys. Happy to recommend this hotel to family and friends!…
Good location close to Plaza de Armas. Good breakfast and very nice staff. We would like to especially mention our waiter John who was very polite and took excellent care of us. The suites of the hotel are very spacious and new. Unfortunately we didn't get an automatic daily replenishment of coffee in the room, nor did we get any bathrobes although they should be there when arriving in the room.
