I stayed in this hotel when my flight was cancelled. Admittedly I was tired and irritated from the flight cancellation, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel for anyone who has a choice in where to stay. The room was dirty, poorly maintained and freezing cold. I had to put several layers on to go to sleep and it didn't help...

We ended up staying here after a reservation fell through at a different hotel. The hotel looks good from the lobby. Once you go to your room you get a different story. The halls are very dark, as many bulbs seem to be burnt out. My room was filthy. The carpets had stains and clumps of hair stuck in them....

Decent hotel; friendly staff. Our flight was cancelled leaving Cusco and rooms were booked by the airline. As a last resort it was acceptable with clean rooms and beds, though they needed new carpet and new pillows. Breakfast was decent with bread, tea, and juice.

We stayed here, as many in Cusco, on the way to Machu Picchu. I got a good deal with this place and paid a good rate, but there were some trade offs for the low price, though it was a good stay overall. If I paid more, I probably would give it only a rating of 3, but for the...

We arrived at the hotel the day after we visited MP. We had a little difficulty finding the hotel initially, but once we got there, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It was a great location for us too-short walk to the Plaza, as well as other shops and restaurants. The room was decent with...

Nice modern, clean, hotel, with all amenities you need (wireless Internet in the lobby, breakfast, cable TV, tub with hot shower). Very friendly staff. Some what basic feel and at the bottom of the hill from the Plaza (get a taxi for $1USD up the hill, and it's a short walk down). Overall, considering the price, the Vilandre is an...
