We stayed at Terra Andina for a total of 7 days in 3 blocks and stayed in 3 different rooms. The staff were spoke english and were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well managed. After a long journey we were arrived at the hotel at 8am exhausted, we were offered coca tea in the lounge... More

We arrived at 5am, it was very easy to arrange a cab through the hotel. They checked us in and got us into our room by 9am, even though check-in is at 11. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they explained where everything was in town and answered all our questions. There is a breakfast buffet every morning, including... More

The breakfast ist the best! The people at the desk helped us, even though we came surprisingly at 6 a.m. The rooms partly watch our to the inner, but as the street before the hotel is very much frequented, this might be an advantage.

We arrived here very late as we had taken the train from Aguas Calinetes and Machu Picchu to Ollantay, then back to our hotel in Yucay to get our luggage and then back into Cusco. It was a very long day as we arrived after 8:30 and exhausted. The three young men, Jhon, (that's how they spell John in Peru!),... More

WARNING there are better hotels: My room or should I say closet, doesn't have a window to the outside. The room is nothing like the photos on their website. It's claustrophobic! I asked for another room and Enríque told me the hotel was booked. I left my front door to my room opened to the restaurant & lobby.. Yes you... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and became our home in Cusco very quickly. This hotel is right next to a supermarket and the San Pedro market. It's about a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas, so great bang for your buck here. What makes this place so great is their staff. They hustle for you, for everything! I've never... More

And it's location is perfect. Close to everything and still not in the middle of the noise. You got close to the market,... More

We chose this hotel for the price and due to the pictures we saw on the internet. What we got was way more. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge! In our room there were some fruits waiting for us. The staff was very friendly, even when I was dumb enough not to understand how to operate the safe.... More

The hotel staff were wonderful and so helpful with anything we needed from taxis to holding our luggage while we went to Macchu Pichu. Some of the rooms are larger than others...we stayed in two different rooms during our stay in Peru. Breakfast was super and gave us enough sustenance to last until late afternoon. Highly recommend this location....easy walk... More

The staff were great- giving us a map and guiding us through town. They gave realistic timing and pricing estimates for mini trips, and even arranged for an affordable taxi back to the airport. We stayed there before and after our trek, and upon our late return, our checked bags were already in our room. 24/7 coca tea, and a... More
