Extraordinarily friendly & helpful staff, called us by name, made us feel at home, especially Alexander, David, John on front desk, Gabriel and Ronald in dining room. We had 2 rooms (301: small, roof leaked in bathroom, little view, shower leaked but bed was comfortable & we were happy with it. On our return we were given the room next...

We stayed here for some days before and 1 night after our 4 days Inca hike. Really nice hotel with lovely staff and nice but small rooms. The hotel is about 5-10 walking distance to the central of Cusco. The breakfast choice was ok not much to choose but it was not a problem for us. we would stay here...

Wonderful Hotel, really enjoyed our stay other than feeling effects of the altitude. Staff very helpful and very happy to help with any issues we had with our travel. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Had a couple of other meals which were good.

We stay from December 23-26 2016, the staff was so welcoming and sweet. During our stay we had them call a taxi for us a few times, always on time. Breakfast was more than enough. The rooms were bigger than I anticipated. Perfect location, especially if you love to wander the town. They created such a nice experience for us...

Stayed here one night on our first night in Cusco and had mixed feelings. I'll try to be be fair in my review and start with the pros: excellent location, very friendly & helpful staff, decent breakfast, nice decor in the lobby and breakfast area. Now the cons: our room was terribly small with the only window opening to the...

We stayed at the hotel from de 28th of December Through the 2 of January and the experience couldn't have been worse First of all, they gave us a small, claustrophobic room without any windows or any Daylight, one side pointing the street which was noisy all night long and then the other side pointing to the dinning room which...

Visited Cusco with my mother and stayed at Terra Andina Hotel in November 2009. Had a marvelous few days, many delicious meals at the hotel (the alpaca steak was great and the eggs at breakfast blew my mind!) Had a room in the old portion and it was very comfortable. The staff were great, particularly Marcelino and Grover. So helpful...

Arrived in Cuzco, after overnighting in Lima travelling from the Galapagos & Guayaquil. Picked up by the Hotel, not all of the rooms were ready as it was early in the day. Nice staff, rooms were a bit strange, as the hotel has covered in courtyards that room windows open out to. Take it easy if this is your first...

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Great breakfast buffet each morning. Clean room. The hotel is very close to the center of Cusco, which is a great advantage. The only minus was the window of our room was pointing to the courtyard.
