We came to do the 4-day hike on the Inca Trail, and this hotel was the perfect place to stay, both before and after our trek! The staff is excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to everyone who works there! We had breakfast each day in the restaurant and couldn't have asked for a more complete selection of delicious, fresh food. Dinner was equally delicious! The staff was also very accommodating in helping store our extra bags when we were out on the trail, and again on our last day when we had to wait for an evening flight. The location is perfect for exploring Cusco, easy walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms were quiet, the showers were hot, and the beds exceptionally comfortable-- exactly what we needed after our trek! We will definitely stay here when we return to Cusco in the future!!

Well located for restaurants, and convenience shops. The staff can not do enough for you. The beds are comfortable everything you expect is provided in the rooms, except coffee. They even supply oxygen if anyone suffers from altitude sickness, and caco tea as a preventative measure.

We were part of a group tour and this hotel was their choice.
Excellent choice. Good location and the hotel is very nice.
The rooms are comfortable and during the cold weather, they have space heaters.
Nice dining room with a good menu and prices.

Even taking into consideration the ravages of Covid lockdowns I would not recommend this hotel. It is several kilometres walk from the bustling square with bars and restaurants and is not near any shopping areas or attractions so you will need a taxi.
The rooms were quite cold and the thermostat didn’t work. Luckily the bed linen was quite heavy. The bed was also quite comfortable.
Two small bottles of drinking water were allocated for the first night only( unacceptable when the tap water is not safe for drinking).
The front desk evening staff had no idea if Uber was safe to use in the area and could not show us where the main cathedral was on a map.
On arrival the safe had to be unlocked by staff and the phone did not work at all. The bath towels were fraying. The weather was very cold however the public areas in the hotel were even colder- obviously heating is a problem. Staff were also vacuuming outside our room in the evening when we were trying to relax after a long days travel.
There is a very pleasant courtyard garden however and breakfast was adequate but overall I would recommend other places close to the town centre.

We were forced to stay here by the Peruvian government - still made to pay 60 USD - meals were lukewarm, hair in them, poor standard, tasted like gruel. Rooms were nice but not worth the cost. Hotel bumped up alcohol prices as they knew we had no other options. Would ignore our calls and patronise us when we asked for other snacks. Only gave us 2 small bottles of water a day (not enough to survive each day). In our opinion they used our precarious situation to capitalise on us!!!!! Do not recommend

Stayed here for a couple of nights during a tour of Peru. Very nice stay, lovely clean and comfortable room, attentive professional staff and great food in the restaurant.

Woke up to sunrise each morning which felt fabulous. Nice views over Cusco over a very busy street with alot of traffic. Well located for shops and restaurants.

After a tiring day, had dinner in the restaurant. Attentive charming waiter lit the large fire in the middle of the room for us. We decided to eat Peruvian food which was cooked to perfection. A selection of various different cubed meats on skewers, meat was succulent and tender - fabulous. (see phot)

We enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

This is a super gem of a beautiful hotel. Everyone you meet greats you with a smile and is so willing and ready to meet your expectations. Our room was super clean, great beds, large space to spread out. A bathroom
full of toiletries, a super large bath tub for soaking bubble baths. And our room over lioked the courtyard with a beautiful water feature. Really close by are restaurants, but you will want to dine in their on site restaurant. Shop are all around and it is a very good location for seeing the sights. We just enjoy walking the surrounding neighborhoods taking in the local ambience. We highly recommend this hotel you will love you experience.

I stayed at this hotel with our small tour group for 3 nights. I liked the location- on a main street with maybe a 20-minute walk into the center of town (faster going back since it's downhill!) and a wide variety of businesses, including craft markets, around. Don't miss the solarium on the top floor- our guide took me up there when I wanted to see the Southern Cross and showed the location with a laser pointer! Road nearby was perpetually under construction and we had to find a new way to walk around it every day but I'm sure that will pass. Staff very helpful when I had questions.

A slightly older more traditional hotel. On the corner of a main road but our room faced the rear of the building was very calm and quiet. Safe location a little out of the city centre. Tour buses pick up outside. Has a bar with happy hour 241 (Mon-Fri). Can eat in the restaurant or bar in the evenings, plus offers room service. Mini bar in our room. Room and bathroom very clean and made up daily. we stayed for six nights. Food and drinks were of good quality. Good buffet breakfast started at 5 am in the restaurant for the early day trippers. Has an outside courtyard area with seating. Staff were attentive and helpful, most spoke some English. Easy walk into the main squares for churches, museums and shops. Or can get an Uber. Good location for tours from Cusco. Would recommend.

Hello Ninhh0a, Thanks for contacting us. The climate at this time of year is winter. But the temperature is not as low as in other South American countries. We are at 19 ° C. In the day it is hot, but at night it is very cold.

There is one oxygen station near the lobby. They limit the time of use. There never seemed to be much of a wait.
