Los Aticos was great for our two-day visit to Cusco. It's location is very convenient and safe. The room was comfortable, clean and warm, although it could have had better ventilation. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The overall feel of the hotel is quaint and familiar. Although the breakfast could be better, guests are welcome to use the kitchen...

The location was good and the place was mostly clean but we had a few issues. When we first arrived a man immediately sat us down to talk about options for tours, we were appreciative for this since we needed to book day tour and machu picchu tickets. The problem was we found out later that he was not actually...

We loved our stay at Los Aticos. We ended up getting sick in Cusco the day before we were meant to hike the Inca Trail. It was a major bummer. The staff at Los Aticos was so friendly and helpful. They were very concerned for my husband and I and checked on us regularly to make sure we were okay....

This is a small and pretty basic hotel. If you're accustomed to staying in such places in Latin America, you'll be very happy. If you're the typical American who is looking for all of the extras and large rooms, as is the case in most hotels in the US, then you won't be happy. My partner and I were most...

I must say, for the first place to stay when landing in Peru, this place isn't too bad at all. Comfy bed, free coca tea any time, and a great central location. It can be noisy if you have inconsiderate guests staying here because bedroom windows overlook a central courtyard. The staff were kind and helpful, even though English was...

We had a total of 6 nights at Los Aticos, spread over two stays. We left baggage here while we travelled to Macchu Picchu for a couple of nights. During both stays we felt very welcome. The staff were very helpful despite the language difficulties and they persisted until they were clear on our needs. When we first arrived our...

This was a typical hostel in Cusco, located near the plaza de armas. It was clean, had hot water and a typical peruvian breakfast of bread with butter and jam. The only downside to this hostel (which is typical in most hostels) is there is no heat in the rooms. The rooms were very cold, but they had warm comforters...

Los Aticos is hidden away in a tiny street. Upon our arrival we were given a cup of Coca tea. Great location for a budget hotel, however gets a little noisy at night with inconsiderate people talking loud. Breakfast was very simple (bread, cheese and sometimes ham). Coffee was very strong. Learn some spanish, as only one person spoke english....

Los Aticos is in a great location. Handy to local restaurants, the main plaza, the mercado etc. You are made to feel welcomed by the staff, however only one appears to speak proficient English but you can get by with the other staff members. Rooms are clean, comfortable, fresh white bed linen with comfy pillows, and hot water. Breakfast is...

We had a comfortable stay, it is not luxurious but it is perfect for a few nights of basic accommodation. Staff were super friendly. It had good internet, an ok breaky (i had to cook the eggs myself but thats cool). We had a warm cosy room with plenty of bedding, this was the triple room upstairs. Nice hot water......
