The architecture is lovely, the staff are professional and friendly (especially Michael), the view is beautiful the room is clean and comfortable. The area is quiet but a 5 min walk to the main square. We stayed at two hotels within the same category in Cusco and there was no comparison. Los Apus Mirador was wonderful.

I stayed here for 2 nights on my way home. I'd broken my ankle and didn't realise there were a lot of steps up to the hotel front door. It turned out this didn't matter since every time I had to leave the hotel I was lifted up / down the steps by 2 of the lovely staff. They really...

This was one of my favorite hotels during my 3-week trip to South America. The staff were outstanding - they accommodated all of our requests courteously and professionally (late check-out, luggage storage, directions, laundry, making future reservations, early morning breakfast and taxi to airport). We even noted they presented a guest with a birthday cake one evening, which we all...

Honestly, I felt there was nothing the staff couldn't solve or wouldn't do for the guests. They were extremely approachable and quick to think of solutions. I am forever grateful for their help in coordinating dinners, laundry, luggage movement and even a doctor visit for my group of 18. Some names of their superstars are Lourdes (what an angel), Francisco...

We really loved this hotel. After I booked it, they promptly contacted me and provided me with an airport pickup. We were three friends traveling together, and they provided us with a third bed. The morning we left for our Inca Trail Trek, they provided us with a little sack breakfast to take with us, which was unasked for, but...

We had a great stay. The people were friendly, helpful professionals. We booked a double for three people and they put an extra bed in our room free of charge. The breakfast was delicious. We are coffee snobs from Seattle and their coffee incredible. I would totally recommend staying here and when I come back to Cuzco I will stay...

I stayed here my first few nights in Cusco. The taxi had no problem finding the place. It is a straight walk to the square. Great location!!!! The lady at the desk was phenomenal. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. There was coca tea and regular tea available all the time in the lobby. I was recovering from the...

The desk staff is extremely gracious and helpful. We had a balcony room which allowed a view of the street. The balcony doors have good quality double pane glass, so we could close the doors and essentially eliminate street noise when we wanted to. The breakfast/common area is a pleasant place to site. It was an easy (easy for a...

We stayed at Los Apus Hotel & Mirador in Cusco Peru for two nights recently and were impressed with the friendly staff and their service. Hotel is in a great central location close to the main plaza. Very clean establishment. They provided us with a take away lunch for our full day trip to Machu Picchu, even though we had...

This is a very comfy hotel, a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. If you need fancy this is not your place but for 3 star, quiet and clean with a wonderful helpful staff, consider this small hotel. This is a remodeled older home and very interesting decor. Breakfast is pretty bad though.
