Stayed for 4 nights and it was awesome. The rooms are massive and very clean & classy. The balcony rooms are great because you'll have a nice view and you can step out for some super fresh Cusco air. The staff are really nice and helpful. This is a very quiet relaxing hotel and you will love it because you... More

We spent 4 days at this hotel and it was our first stop in Peru. Unfortunately our luggage didn't arrive with us and the staff were so helpful trying to locate it for us and contacting airlines. The staff then emailed me to say it had arrived as we spent a night away at Machu picchu. The breakfast was buffet... More

We stayed here for 4 nights this January. The hotel has stairs and no elevators, so be careful with heavy luggage. It is a short walk from Plaza de las Armas, and the way to get there is interesting and worth the walk. We had 2 great experiences here: on my birthday, Francisco and Saskia, from the hotel staff, surprised... More

After our Salkantay trek we were so pleased to find this place. Location is great, very close to the main square but also near fabulous restaurants. The rooms are big a very comfortable with good showers and roomy bathrooms too. Staff were incredibly helpful making bookings and recommendations for us. This place was great!

I am staying at this hotel for 4 nights in January 2016. First of all-the staff, two girls at the reception, and all the others are veeery kind and helpful. They also speak a very good English. Then-the atmosphere in hotel is so cosy, calm and relaxing..very peaceful in rooms for sleeping. The room-comfortable bed, and very nice rustic decoration... More

Recommended! Hotel with great service and well located between the Plaza De Armas (main square of Cusco) and the cool streets around San Blas - a 4 min walk to each. Rooms retain an authentic Andean feel, but are we'll equiped with decent bathrooms (good water pressure) and enough space to be comfortable. The breakfast was also great! Francisco provided... More

The rooms are clean and we paid about $65 per night including airport pick up. . The breakfast was very good, I liked that you could order eggs any style, although they weren't ready by 6:30 when we left for our Machu P. trip. Granted we didn't give them a heads up and I would advise that. The local fruits... More

I stayed here with two friends after 4 days on the Inca Trail. We received 3 hot showers, a delicious (included) breakfast, a cozy room for three. Checkout was at 8am, which was a shock to us, but that's our only downside of this adorable place (and we were coming here after 4 days on the Inca Trail and wet,... More

We spend here two night to see Cusco and the area. Front desk hardly spoke English which made it sometimes hard to communicate. The hotel is rather ok. Rooms are big enough but a little noisy. Breakfast is average and was not ready at 6am as promised. The second day we had to catch our flight at 4pm. We were... More
