The hotel location is very convenient as it is right in Plaza de armas. The room was new and clean but a bit small. However we heard cars honking every 5 minutes from our bed even very early in the morning. Fortunately we were tired from Machu Picchu so we were able to sleep despite the honking noise. Breakfast was...

The location was super - right by the Plaza de Armas where many good restaurants, walking streets, and Starbucks were just within a minute walk. The room was small, but fairly new condition. The bathroom was very compact. It was very cold in the bathroom as there was a window in the shower area. However, the shower pressure and temperature...

The room has no window, and it is given to us because we just stayed for one night. My sister heard the conversations between the staff in Spanish when we requested for a change. The hotel is in a very good location, but unless you have a room facing the plaza, you can't see anything. The room is very small...

We called in afternoon before we were leaving one hotel to travel to Machu Picchu for a couple of days and then return to Cusco to stay at the Plaza de Armas Hotel for three nights. Since...

We loved the location of the hotel, we were in the center. We could walk everywhere and only hired a taxi when we had to go either to the train station or airport. The breakfast was delicious and we absolutely loved eating it on the balcony overlooking the plaza del armas. The view was absolutely amazing and it was fun...

We enjoyed our one night stay here. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. There was a Juliette balcony that we kept closed because of the street noise. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.
