Very impressive hotel. We were checked in quickly, even though we arrived late morning before official check-in time. Room quality was excellent and staff very gracious. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. This is a nice location near many good restaurants and walking distance to main square. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here and the staff was wonderful. They are very attentive to your needs. We booked two massages and a bath and everything was just wonderful. This hotel is a bit on the pricey side but, worth every penny.

This hotel is a converted Monastery. It is beautiful with two cloisters. We stayed here on a group tour but unfortunately the hotel was too full. Our first night at a ten oclock arrival we were given a room which had internal and external noise. Not only did we have one squeaky lift abutting a wall but we had two...

This hotel is a very calm place in busy Cusco. There are gardens in which to relax and chill out. The staff are excellent. In fact, it is an all round great place to stay and to use as a base when visiting Machu Picchu, preferably using the Hiram Bingham train

We visited Cusco and stayed at the beautiful Belmond hotel there. It is really a magnificent place located in the center of Cusco. The rooms are nice although the walking distance are quite large. The staff is very polite and efficient and when we needed the help of the manager Mr Arthuro Schwarz we got it completely. Breakfast is delicious...

Very nice.old hotel with great amenities. A large property with several gardens. The main dining room was very well done and the food was superb. Very centrally located to the plaza and museums. Oxygen is pumped into your room at nights to adjust to the altitude.

The Monasterio was a great place to stay in Cusco. The main plaza was within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was excellent and accommodating. The Opera Night dinner was particularly nice. I felt like I was in a historic, unique environment. My room was down one of the many corridors and very comfortable.

The staff here is what really made the hotel wonderful. Everyone who helped us at the Monasterio were extremely attentive, hospitable and helpful. Room was great, but there was no screens on the windows, which allowed a few bugs to come in at night. We ended up closing them, and then it would get a little stuffy. The sheets were...

We arrived in Cusco from Lima around mid-day. Unfortunately for me, my luggage was lost. Regardless, we moved to the hotel and enjoyed a relaxing lunch out in the courtyard.
