We stayed here for three nights in total, two prior to going to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu and one on our return. I cannot fault any aspect of the service or praise it enough, we absolutely loved this hotel and also Cusco. The staff were attentive and could not do enough for you. The hotel is full of...

We stayed at both the JW Marriott and the Belmond and they were both equally beautiful and historic. The Belmond is larger with more to explore and the Marriott was smaller and cozier. The Belmond really was a high end property. The rooms were fairly small without a view even though we had a terrace but the breakfast room and...

I was blown away by the beauty of the decor... The overall bar with natural materials and oversized fireplace, it was exquisite. I loved that it was off season so we didn't feel crowded. We got excellent attention from the staff. The woodfire that burned in the courtyard was magical. I appreciated the temporary bar service out there. Truly a...

Must do. Great food, great staff and great room. Sure i paid for the most expensive room but i have no doubt every room will be of the same standard. Gardens are stunning and the back ground chant music adds to the atmosphere. I WILL be back.

We hardly know where to start. Monasterio's building is absolutely grand and gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, the food and service fantastic, and its location in Cuzco is unbeatable. The staff graciously helped us at every turn, from arranging for a same-day yellow fever vaccine, to calling taxis and setting up other longer rides, to assisting us with other computer...

I have come to his location on business many times. I am always impressed by the kindness and professionalism of everyone who works here, as well as the beauty of the location. I recommend enjoying some free time in the courtyards, and walking around the hotel just to admire the unique sixteenth-century art and architecture. The staff are all bi-lingual...

To be able to stay in a former monastery was a fantastic experience. The hotel was gorgeous, impeccably maintained and full of wonderful sites. The chapel was incredible and the room were beautiful. The service stall could not have been better, with gracious accommodations for our every need.

Great hotel, large and clean rooms, excellent service. When you walk around the hotel Bmsdoronot you hear background music from speakers hidden in the walls of monasteries. Breakfast great and gardens hidden in every corner of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel seeping history in a great location between Plaza de Armas and the eclectic San Blas neighborhood. If you can't stay, at least stop for a cocktail in this former monastery. Pisco Sours in the lobby bar, listening to the local jazz band is a great respite and dash of luxury from a long day of site seeing.

Amazing property - with amazing history. But the Staff, the food, and especially the rooms set it apart. OK the multi-century old building is incredible. At 11,200 ft. I was very happy to pay an extra $30 a day to have my room "oxygenated." They pump in oxygen to lower the altitude to about 7,200 ft. Makes sleeping so much...
